2008 — Launched as boutique brokerage handling over 15 premier rental properties in Manhattan

2010 — Commercial Division founded

2011 — Brokered over $ 1.5m/year retail leases on Madison Avenue in less than 4 months

2012 — Help broker the sale of 135 West 50^th Street to UBS for over $ 400m

Currently — Handling over 4,000 rental units, 200,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space and dozens of retails stores throughout NYC

Joshua is a Managing Director and Head of The Siderow Organization’s (TSO’s) Residential Division. Joshua Arcus distinguishes himself from his competitors by his level of professionalism. Most importantly, he listens to what his clients have to say and thrives on helping them fulfill their needs.

Joshua has been with TSO since 2008 and has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and development. He has helped build a team of competent and energetic agents who exclusively represent thousands of units across the NYC and Westchester area.

In addition to managing the residential portfolio, Joshua has been able to strategically execute TSO’s mission to build a premier, full service residential, commercial and retail real estate brokerage firm that is committed to providing the highest level of value added services to all its clients.
