I spent $ 300 on an on line order with the Daily Planner. And I’m NEVER, EVER going to order anything from them again.
After I placed my order, 2 of the items suddenly go on back order.(I wouldn’t have ordered them if I’d known.) Robert(the Daily Planner) starts emailing me to fix the problem. After sending me 8 or so ridiculous emails, Robert goes on to send me some strange paper clips called slide clips.(I never ordered them.)
Here’s Robert’s 10th(tenth) email to me: «I’ll call you this afternoon to straighten this out and get it right finally.» The next day I got Robert’s 11th(eleventh) email: «Hi Kathy, what’s yr phone number?»(That’s copied and pasted from his emails.) After that I called customer service. They said that there was a note on the account/order and I’d have to send the clips back.($ 10 worth of merchandise.) They couldn’t schedule a pickup or send me a prepaid shipping label, because they don’t do that. Even though I never ordered these, I need to go over to UPS and send them back.
I really hope it was important to them to get back $ 10 worth of slide clips from a customer that just spent $ 300 on items from their company. There are so many other websites that sell the stuff they do, I’m so sorry that I didn’t choose one of them. Be warned, don’t order anything from this company. I sent them an email and wished them luck with their employees and their policy. They’re gonna need it.

I decided to order my Filofax organizer from the Daily Planner after an unfortunate non-acknowledgement at Sam Flax. I could not believe the speed in which the order was processed and the selection was excellent as well. I received updated shipping information, and did not have to pay shipping and handling due to the order amount. I called and asked to trade out an item and it was no problem at all! I will definitely use the Daily Planner again!
