History
Established in 2008.
Carchietta has been in the construction industry his entire life. While still in his teens, he began working in his family business on large construction projects. In college, he studied surveying, construction management, and civil engineering. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
Throughout his career, James has worked not only on conventional projects, but has gained extensive experience on environmental projects such as the construction of a Wastewater Treatment Facility for the New York City Dept. of Environmental Protection and an Iron Removal Facility for Long Island Water Authority.
In 1995, James was the driving force behind the creation of one of the first concrete recycling plants approved by NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation. This solid waste management facility — which was ahead of its time — specifically targeted non-toxic recycled aggregates including concrete, asphalt brick & masonry.
