The staff here were very friendly. They fixed my iphone screen in 15 mins and it works perfectly now. It’s more expensive than other places, which I was told that it was because the quality of the glass is better than the other places.

Had a recent incident with coffee spillage + iPhone. Although the old bag-​of-​rice trick helped me get the phone to be mostly functional within a few days, I could still see water residue under the screen, and sometimes buttons would get clicked or apps would open without me even touching the screen!
After getting price quotes from several local iPhone repair shops, I chose Techtronics because (1) their CUSTOMER SERVICE seemed to be the BEST, and (2) they had the LOWEST PRICE out of the 4-​star-​or-​more places I saw on Unilocal.Tiger provided a really detailed explanation about exactly what needed to be done, why, and how much it would cost IF they were able to fix it — which they did in less than 15 min. Although there were a couple of other shops that offered the same (if not higher) price quote, OTHER stores required some sort of nonrefundable deposit for «diagnostic testing» (regardless of whether or not they were able to fix the device), or they just seemed pushy in general and tried to tack on extra unnecessary services/​costs.
Tiger was NOT pushy at all, was very flexible when I had to move my appointment time, and took the time to patiently explain everything. He even offered to open the phone for me at the front desk (so I could see exactly what coffee-​damage had been done inside) before sending it upstairs to the tech people. At the end, he also kindly fitted a new screen protector on my phone. (I don’t know about you, but somehow I always end up with that one tiny, annoying dust particle under the screen protector when I try to fit it myself.)
In summary, my iPhone looks as good as new, and so far there have been no more glitchy touch screen problems! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Hoping no more of my devices get messed up, but if they do, I would certainly return to Techtronics.

Had a problem with the audio quality of phone calls. Apple offered to replace the phone for $ 299. I searched around for alternative phones and everything out there, new or used, was costly and would be a hassle to swap out.
So I found these guys and as soon as I spoke on the phone with Justin I was very impressed with his demeanor.
When I got there and spoke with his colleague, Tiger, he was quite professional, as well. My concerns with being shaken down was put to rest. He offered to look at it and try some things and if they can’t fix it then it would cost me nothing.
In the end, they found a problem with the speaker up by the ear and swapped it out. It now works like new. The only way I could be happier is that if it was free. :)

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. Seriously, they saved my life during finals week. Not JUST finals weeks but my last semester of college. Other places told me that I shouldn’t even bother with trying to recover data. NOT THESE GUYS!
I was literally in tears all day and they had me my FIXED laptop with a beautiful solid state drive the next day. NEXT DAY!
I’m so excited I’m sorry these guys were just the best.
Seriously if you ever have a laptop problem, GO HERE. Or phone or whatever.
Then three days later they managed to save my data! All of it! Filed just how I had it! They also put that data on a hard drive for me and it was ready in an hour.

Great staff! They fixed my iPhone completely in less than 20 minutes and stayed past closing on a Saturday night in order to do it! Helped me out with other issues too and were really honest with their advice! Incredibly helpful and nice staff! Definitely the place to go for all of your technology needs. My iphone 6 screen glass completely cracked and I had to step in to get it fixed. After the changed glass, it looks brand new! It took about 20 minutes to get it fixed and I’m happy about it :)

I had a corrupt hard drive on my macbook pro and had years of photos and documents stored on it. I was devastated losing years of memories on my HD and needed a trustworthy place that was not going to charge me an arm and a leg so I called around and received absurd quotes ranging from $ 700‑1000. A friend used techtronics for an iphone repair and recommended techtronics. I brought my HD in and my data was recovered in a few hours for a fraction of the price. The service is amazing and the store is nice too. Great job!

Tiger is awesome. I trust him with my life — which in this case is my phone. Me and my best friend have been going to Tiger for almost 2 yrs! He is ALWAYS so welcoming! He’s honest with repairs, extremely fair and reasonable with his prices. I send all my girlfriends to him. Tiger introduced me to simple mobile plans — I pay $ 40 a month for data, unlimited text and calls — while my friends are on contracts paying tooth and nail! The amount time and money I’ve saved coming to Tiger is immense. We’re so grateful (he’s 2 block away from our apt which is super handy!). We really wouldn’t trust anyone with our phones. His apprentice Justin is super cute! Their never too busy to help.

On a recent trip, I destroyed the LCD and screen on my phone. After living in the stone ages without a phone for two days, I went to techtronics to get my phone fixed.
Tiger at techtronics is highly competent and had my phone fixed and me on my way within 30 minutes. He used the very best parts and taught me a lot about the components of the iPhone.

Rushing out the door on Monday morning, I dropped my phone not once, but twice, and absolutely shattered my screen. Clearly devastated, as soon as I get to work I go onto Unilocal to look for a place to be my saving grace. I’ve passed by Techtronics a number of times on my way for coffee at Madman, thinking not much of it. But it was extremely close by and had glowing reviews by previous clients, so I ventured in.
Tiger was extremely courteous and thorough. He assessed the damage: testing the camera, swiping left and right on the screen to see if there were any internal damage in addition to its exterior. Nope, just the screen. He said it’d take 20 – 30 min to replace, so I decided to wait there.
I did feel completely naked, not having my phone in hand, but Tiger passed me a google play thing (sorry! Not an android person) for me to pass the time, also exchanging some small talk.
I felt like I was in and out less than the time range given and because there were tons of accessories as well, I purchased a screen protector and an iRing.
Overall, Techtronics is extremely thorough and customer friendly, albeit a touch pricey. The screen replacement alone came out to $ 139+tax. However, I’ll definitely be back to fix my Mac as well, since I prefer dealing with great customer service than none. I’ve already been back because I dropped my phone (yet again) and my screen popped out. Tiger’s associate popped it back it in a jiff. Woohoo!

If I had known it would have been so easy to have the battery on my iPhone 5 replaced, I would have done it months ago. Everyone at Techtronics was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explained the simple repair, answered my questions about power usage, gave some basic pointers on keeping my phone running and got me out the door in 15 minutes.
