Established in 1949.

Fabra Cleen is a family business started by Sam Kornet. Brian Kornet, a respected leader and advisor in the carpet cleaning and stone and tile restoration industry, is the current owner of Fabra Cleen and the third generation, Lorne Greenberg, is in place to keep our family values alive. Fabra Cleen has acquired several companies over the years with history going back to 1918. Our clients include notable dignitary offices, prestige colleges, large corporations, small businesses, homeowners and apartment dwellers in Manhattan and the tri-​state area.

Business Owner

With a passion for educating architects and designers to understand stone type and placement, Brian Kornet, President of FabraCleen, serves on the Joint Committee on Dimension Stone as Co-​Chairperson and Chief. Brian is a Certified Public Speaker with the Marble Institute of America, Vice-​President of the Long Island Floor Covering Association, and serves as an advisor at Stone and Tile PROS. His purpose is to «elevate the industry» to the highest standard of professionalism and integrity.
