Cannot speak highly enough of this company. They responded immediately, got someone out in under 30 minutes, phone fixed in 20 minutes. Brilliant service and the nicest people to deal with. Having them come to me saved me time and money. If there are any problems, as some people have reported (though few), check out how quickly they deal with them. It’s not what goes wrong that matters — it’s how quickly things are put right!

update: they incorrectly attached the speaker and proximity sensor to the phone… how do i know this? because my entire screen just shattered, right at that spot. these guys are worthless. stay away

He came to my office and fixed my phone in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them and took a bunch of business cards to distribute.

Within 20 minutes of calling them, I received a call back. They came to my apt and fixed my very very shattered Iphone 6 in 10 minutes. Sean was very courteous and nice and helpful. Would refer them again in a heartbeat.

I heard from Jason, shortly after posting my review. I’m so happy with Swift Fix’s quick service. I got a follow up by email and phone a while later. Next thing I know, the technician was at my place to fix the problem with my iPhone. I hope I don’t crack my screen again, but if I do, I know who to call.

(Update) I was contacted after my review with an apology for the service I received and was then told I would be given a refund for the trouble. I provided them with my payment info, but then never heard back even after a second follow up. My refund was never processed.
I had someone come to my apt to fix my cracked screen, and overall the initial experience was good. They responded pretty quick and the guy was in and out within 30min.
Unfortunately after the guy left, it wasn’t until the next day when I received a phone call that I realized the earpiece wasn’t working and I could barely hear anyone on the phone. When I tried calling to ask for help, the girl I spoke too immediately started questioning me like I did something to the phone. She asked if I had dropped the phone after he left because they do all sorts of tests before leaving to make sure it’s all working properly, so there couldn’t POSSIBLY be something wrong unless it was something I did.
She then told me that they wouldn’t send someone to look at it and that I had to come to the office, AND it would be at least $ 30 to have them check the phone.
So I go to the office and once again I start getting badgered about my phone and I GET IT, I dropped the phone and should have taken care of it. Finally after they open the phone and insist it’s because of the state my phone is in, THEN they realize it was the guy who fixed it who caused the issue.
TL;DR it’s a convenient service, but their customer service is awful. Tbh I regret recommending them.

Kenny was awesome! He came on time to my work office and fixed my cracked screen. He even tested it afterwards to make sure the speaker worked and everything was back to normal. There was a little bit of water damage on one of the pieces for the microphone and he switched it out for free! Awesome service!

What an excellent business model! Like other Unilocalers, I was somewhat skeptical about weather this service fell into the «too good to be true» category. SwiftFix did not disappoint! I placed my service order online, and within an hour. my tech Sean, was at my office working on my cracked iphone and in 20 minutes. it was good as new! I cant recommend these guys highly enough. Great service!

Super fast and so convenient. I cracked my iPhone screen really bad on Sat. On Sunday morning I downloaded the app and requested repair and he was at my apt in Battery Park in less than an hour. Took less than 15 mins to replace my screen and it’s good as new. :) I paid $ 75 (incl $ 5 discount), and tipped him $ 10. In comparison, my BF told me to just go to the Apple Store and they would fix my iPhone in 2 hours for $ 150. Ummm this guy came to ME and I paid half that cost so I definitely recommend Swiftfix!!!

This sounded too good to be true but it isn’t — it’s a beautiful lifesaver and if you aren’t downloading their app right this minute you should be!
Broke my phone — standard shattered glass, broken digitizer (whatever that is?) — and wasted so much time calling Verizon, trying to file an insurance claim (so much paperwork, so much wait time), calling Apple stores (high price quotes, zero appointments… no I dont want to come in at 4am thanks) and finally through some googling stumbled upon SwiftFix.
I was at work so I felt totally comfortable putting in the address for them to come to my office (might’ve been weirded out if I was home alone or something — but you can put whatever address like a coffee shop or wherever too). Kenny came within 15 – 20 mins and had my phone bad to normal in another 15 – 20 mins. I paid with my credit card right there — $ 80! Verizon wanted $ 170 for my insurance deductible and Apple store was quoting around the same.
Long story short — super fast service, they come to you, you can pay by credit card, friendly/​professional people… It’s amazing.

Incredibly satisfied with this service! I’m currently working two jobs leaving me zero time to do anything else. A good friend informs me that there’s a new company around that’ll come to me and I immediately jumped on the opportunity. I sent in a request on Sunday at 1230 and my phone was fixed by 1! My tech was very efficient and the prices are beyond reasonable. I love that you can send in your request through an app instead of having to call in to make an appointment. Also, the app was very easy to navigate and I was able to put in my request in a matter of minutes, successfully avoiding my manager and getting my phone fixed at the push of a button. I even noticed that they’ll come to you if you have an old phone to sell! How incredibly convenient! I haven’t had a chance to use this service yet but I definitely intend to soon. The appropriately named Swiftfix is changing the future of the broken phone and comes highly recommended by this client who was happily able to write this whole review on her newly repaired screen.

Clutch app! Downloaded their app, put in my info and a tech was on his way to me. Fixed my screen in a few minutes and I bought a charger from him too. So convenient.

Awesome service, definitely a life saver. My phone was so cracked I was actually getting glass in my fingers, and with being a server and bartender I don’t have much time to go and get my phone fixed. Swiftfix actually came to my job and fixed my phone in less than 30 min!

Amazing service. The home button on my iPhone 5s had been broken for almost a year, until I heard about SwiftFix. They replaced it quickly, efficiently and even made my phone look cool with a two-​tone home button (my choice, of course). It looks like I’m in good company with my 5-​star review, and for good reason. The tech who came and fixed my phone was awesome. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical that this was all going to work out, the concept just seemed a little too good to be true. Someone coming to me to fix my broken phone? Unheard of. I’m so used to taking a number at Tech Serve or shouldering through the hordes at any Apple store I’ve ever set foot in, just to wait forever to get a fix. And maybe I’ve been in New York too long, but when you schedule a delivery or an at-​home service call, there’s a pretty good chance they’re going to be «stuck in traffic» or use the old «tried calling you and no answer» as an excuse for never showing up at the scheduled time (hello, Comcast). Well to my sheer delight, SwiftFix did none of the above — they showed up at the scheduled time! And on short notice. Not only that, but the technician was extremely professional and accommodating. I work in a building with really tight security and let him know ahead of time via text that he might have a hard time getting in or have to go through a metal detector. Again to my surprise (why am I so cynical?) he was not bothered at all and showed up when he said he would. All he needed was a table to work at, and 15 minutes later, my phone was as good as new.
I’m glad these guys are getting rated highly, given my experience, it is well deserved. No hassle, no up-​selling, no excuses — just a fast and professional iPhone repair. Of course I’m hoping for no more accidents with my phone, but given the massive numbers of selfies I take, it’s nice to know that I wouldn’t have to worry if the dang thing ever went flying out of my butter fingers again!

I’ve been through 3 iPhone 6s this year and having to go to Apple and waiting 2 – 3 days for a new phone has been painful. In my industry I’m constantly on the run, so I need a working phone at all times. Found SwiftFix online, explained the issue — 20 minutes later I had a tech at my office and my phone was up and running in 5 minutes. These guys are great. Highly recommended!

Dropped my IPhone 6 during a training session near Bryant park. Searched for a company to fix my phone and in 30 mins I was on my way to my next client. Very reliable and the young lady was a doll. Customer service at its best. Will refer as many clients as I can. Thanks again.

Lifesaver!!! I am stuck downtown in battery park waiting on my friend in this maze when I drop my phone. Only 2 weeks old and still haven’t gotten a case for the 6s-​shattered into a million pieces. Friend arrived and we had lunch. While we had lunch these guys fixed my phone got me back to 100% battery and we still haven’t finished our lunch yet! That’s a headache I don’t have to worry about later!
