Christian and Angel were SUPER helpful to my mother and me. They were very knowledgeable about the products, and bent over backward to help us — even gave a discount on product. The ONLY reason I’m not including a five-​star rating was because my mom’s first charging device was defective, we had to go back and swap it out, only to find out it took another product to work on her phone (she has a two year old Android), and then they told her it came pre-​charged, when it actually didn’t. When another complication arose, even though we stayed in Times Square, Angel offered to bring my mom a new charging cord (we didn’t allow this) but the offer was very kind. Above and beyond, super friendly, and offered us several free coffee vouchers and complimentary tempered glass covers and phone cleanings while we were there.

The best service! Fast, friendly and I walked away with a «like» new phone.
I dropped my phone (without a cover) and the face plate cracked. I decided to see what was near me and found The Mobile Spa.
The overall experience truly felt «spa like». I was processed within seconds (not minutes) and then handed a complimentary certificate for a local café. It was a sunny and we decided to pickup the complimentary beverage and take in the rays at the local park.
By the time I finished the beverage and walked back to the mobile spa, my phone was brought back to life.
Then, to top it all off, after I finished the closing of the transaction I was handed a complimentary candy.

Friendly, fast, and efficient. This review is for Christian, who was very helpful in replacing the screen protector for my iPhone. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I just had a wonderful experience at The Mobile Spa on Bleecker. After a drop from about two feet off the ground, the left side of my iPhone 6 screen was no longer working. This was apparently a combination of both a damaged screen and an LCD issue. While slightly more expensive because of the dual problem, going to The Mobile Spa was worth it. Angel was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — he explained the screen/​LCD issues, what was done to fix the phone, and he showed me the broken components. If my phone breaks again while I’m at work, I would go back here in a heartbeat. Thank you for your help.

Sunny gave me the best deal. I break my screen often and he gave me a glass protector. I was also interested in a mofi and he suggested another product with better features for the same price. Sunny worked with me on prices, suggested better products in my price range, explained everything to me, did not up sell me at all, he’s the best! And their buy for cases and products is the best in NY. Go see Sunny!!!

Came in two weeks ago to fix my cracked screen after finding them on Unilocal and Christian had it fixed and ready to go in 15 minutes. I literally walked two times around the block window shopping to kill time and came back into the store and they had my phone waiting for me. They were super cool and helpful and made the whole process very easy.
I came back in two weeks later because I was having another issue with my phone and Christian remembered me and solved that other problem for me in a couple of minutes and even fixed my screen protector (which had a bubble in it). He and the other man in the store working are great and I would recommend going here for anyone with iPhone issues.

Giving them a 5 because they wrote to me to come in and get the screen fixed of the green-​line issue. Which, when I went with a dog I was dog sitting, and they were really sweet to her (even magically produced a dog treat form somewhere), even though she was being a bit of a terror.
And then I went back the next day again because my phone turned off all of a sudden and didn’t turn on. Somehow with their magic hands, he was able to just turn it on. So I fully believe my phone has just turned on me to make me look stupid. There was also something loose-​sounding in there, which they gladly opened up my phone for me again to check.
So they had to deal with my madness. In the most courteous and understanding way, when they didn’t have to be. Thanks guys.

My experience at The Mobile Spa was more than satisfactory. The gentlemen who helped me were well-​dressed, professional, and helpful. They answered all of my questions and patiently heard me out as I described my needs.
I needed my phone’s screen to be repaired (I had been living with a cracked screen for about a year, and pieces had started to fall off of it!), and picked out a new luxury case while they pampered my phone. Before I knew it, they had finished (in under 15 minutes!) and they threw in a tempered glass screen protector as well. All this combined with kindness and friendly smiles, and I ended up with a nice little discount as well!
Thank you for treating me AND my phone so well. We both feel pampered, and my phone looks brand new again!

Let me preface this by saying that I have been to The Mobile Spa in the West Village 3 times now so I have a very educated opinion on this place. IT DOES NOT GET BETTER THAN THE MOBILE SPA!!! Noël, the manager, had been there every single time I went in. He is always smiling and makes the whole process feel very professional. He was able to calm my nerves every time i had an issue and he always manages to solve my problems. This is a sharp businessman who runs a very organized, professional, and fair business. He is loyal to his customers and he is very fair with pricing. This isn’t someone who is trying to make a quick buck, this is a man who takes great pride in what he does and it shows.
I have never written a review on Unilocal before– but I really felt that everyone should know about how great The Mobile Spa is.

Literally got my phone fixed in 5 minutes. The people in the store were super friendly, and my phone looked brand new IMMEDIATELY. The store is super clean, and has really dope products too (if you’re willing to spend some money). Angel, the guy that fixed my phone, was very helpful and knowledgeable. No complaints! And the pricing is definitely comparable to other places I’ve been for phone screens. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully my phone won’t crack again, though).

Absolutely avoid this place. They will try to fool you.
Walked in with a Samsung S5 that had stopped working. They immediately pointed to some cracks in the screen and said it needed a screen + LED replacement. Price: 220 dollars. I asked, are you sure, they said absolutely. They barely looked at the phone.
I then called other places and went to a different store. A simple test, plugging a charger, revealed my phone wasn’t broken at all. Turns out my charger cable was broken and I hadn’t realized it. The Mobile Spa wasn’t competent enough to run a simple test, and wanted to rip me off.
As it is, I even found other places willing to replace screen + LED (if necessary) for $ 165, much cheaper. Do not trust this shop.
