Worst service ever. Walking into the store my friend and I got sized up immediately. Nobody helped us and actively ignored us(store had ONE customer) until I asked a couple min later. I was determined to buy a pair of 5050s which I ended up doing. When I returned home to California I realized that the boots were WAY too huge on me. Unfortunately I’d lost my receipt but the store in Cali assured me that I should be able to exchange them once the 5th ave store emails them the receipt. Oh the phone, the 5th store peeps kept insisting that they couldn’t find my information even though I had gone in a week before, and were INCREDIBLY unhelpful. They made me wait on the phone for a while with no warning, and finally came back to the phone. Then after exchanging a few more pieces of info they found out that the original salesperson had mixed up my first and last name in the system. After I confirmed, the woman on the phone, clearly irritated and indignant(WHY?) said«Ya.» and HUNGUPONME. I was incredulous. I’d never experience such customer service from a designer store, or ANYWHERE to be honest. Good thing the sweet salespeople at the Palo Alto location helped me out. AVOID this location. F this place and their snooty ass service. If you’re looking for a pair of SWs and they sell the same model at Nordstrom or Zappos, just buy them there.

I had a fantastic experience here! Michael helped me try on a bunch of shoes for my upcoming wedding, and seemed to genuinely enjoy the process. He had great recommendations and opinions. I left the store very happy with my experience — and then it got even better. I ate dinner downtown that same night with several shopping bags, and my Stuart Weitzman bag got left behind. A few weeks later, I got a few calls from Michael, saying that the bar had contacted him and returned the bag to him! He made sure it got back to me safely. Awesome customer service for sure.
