Stoll America Knitting Machinery

I was recently in the area just mulling around. I like to peek into the windows in the garment district and imagine that I could be in fashion. Sigh. At least I can dream.
I walked by this place and the interior caught my eye. It was spacious and with a few shirts hanging in the window. I have a thing for futuristic designs, anything with holes (deliberately made) that give off a Bohemian sheek vibe. Something like out of Matrix, only in Africa.
Since I really liked the pieces in the window, I walked inside. The receptionist at the desk was nice enough to let me look around. Nothing in here is sold to the public.
STOLL is a company that sells the first purl stitch flat knitting machine. Wow. I used to dabble in knitting until it took up too much of my time. But seeing the pieces really made me really want to knit again or learn how to knit by machine.
Badass meets Safari… my kind of place. And my kind of machine. I wish they made motorcycles…
