Had an amazing facial with Kristyn and will absolutely be back. Without a doubt this was the single best facial I have ever experienced. The shop is adorable and they stock really unique products. How anyone can walk out of there without an armload of great finds is beyond me. In addition to Kristyn I had the pleasure of meeting and Claire and Ali (the Brits from Smith and Brit) and found them both to be really knowledgeable not just about their products but about the neighborhood as well. You can tell they are really invested in the local business. My perfect Saturday in Chelsea has to include a stop at this great boutique.

I visit Manhattan a few times a year & from here on out Smith & Brit is a must for every trip ! The shop is stunning. The products are unique, beautiful, and top of the line. I have had hundreds of facials from some of California’s top estheticians and nothing comes close to a facial with Kristyn ! It is not only relaxing but you see results !

Wow wow wow. First of all, the store is an OASIS in our urban jungle. The music, the ambiance, the British accents and the fantastic customer service gave my Sunday afternoon a makeover. And then my ACTUAL makeover — their knowledge and expertise of the products and the products themselves were fabulous. So much better than going to one of the chains (Barneys, Saks) — I left feeling and looking ten years younger.

Such a great experience! I got a wonderful, relaxing facial from Kristyn and ended my session with stress-​relieving reflexology from Ally. The atmosphere is very conducive to relaxation — and they even offer you yummy (healthy!) chocolates upon your arrival for a facial. I came in with congested skin from fashion week and afterwards my skin was unbelievably smooth with minimal redness from the extractions. Very very happy with my overall experience! So glad that they’re in the city — I’ll definitely be a regular!
