Took the wife out for a surprise night out and dinner! Great service and great atmosphere! Loved it! Bit pricey but well worth it!

Horrible.
Bread came out … moldy. Should have left immediately but the family was not in agreement.
Salmon Tartar came out — very fishy taste. Not fresh.
Caesar salad — lettuce was almost frozen and the dressing was ABSOLUTELY out of a bottle. Tasted like a cheap salad from a fast food place.
Eggplant Spread was ICE COLD and still had a jello mold texture. (The sauce or liquid it was in was almost gelatin like).
The onion soup — tasted like beef broth from a cube — with TONS of black pepper. NO GOOD.
Porterhouse steak — tasted like it was pan fried and then stuck in a microwave to defrost. Seriously — don’t believe me? Go try it. It’s frozen and then fried. Oil taste, etc.
Place was absolutely EMPTY. I can see why. Don’t waste your money — you will be very sorry. The positive reviews about this place are either by insiders or they don’t know food at all.

No complaints whatsoever. It’s our third time here and each and every time we have been equally satisfied. We’ve had so many dishes that it’s hard to name but do try the signature salad, chicken hen, and the filet mignon. Not pricy and so worth it! The waitstaff is great.

I chose this place over other places in the area because the reviews mentioned being very impressed, delicious food, and great service. Three words: wrong, wrong, and wrong.
Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by two gentlemen: a server & host. The server was all but excited to be working on what seemed to be the slowest night of the year. After we were seated… I expected the server to be extremely attentive because my family and I were the ONLY PATRONS! We weren’t offered drinks, given recommendations, diddly-​squat. We weren’t even given water!!!
Food was blah we wrapped up our dinner in under an hour.
We had: lobster salad, filet mignon w/​mash, and the bizone burger. There was nothing special about the lobster, the filet was dry and over cooked (was ordered medium), and the burger was just as dry as the filet.
Btw… We still chose to dine even after we noticed the «Grade Pending» sign.
Don’t be swayed by other people who have reviewed this place… Because they clearly have never had quality food or

We had a variety of dishes and there were some hits (the steak) and some misses (soft shell crab). We did have to send one dish back but it was promptly replaced. Waiters were attentive and food was served quickly. Drinks were so-​so.

I went here for a birthday party once and the food was not the best the steak wasn’t seasoned proparly nor was it cooked medium rare like I asked. It’s just a good place for entertainment.

Great for a family night or date night. Fresh lobster salad will have you coming here solo! Honestly, haven’t tried anything else because it’s so succulent. The Buffalo wings are good as well. I like them extra crispy which they do not mind putting them through the frying a 2^nd time to accommodate my order. As far as desert, they have a pretty good selection but I stick to my norm, which is the crazy Napoleon. Just prepare yourself to be extremely full. Tight jeans will be unbuttoned at the end of the night.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is racist and disrespectful. I was insulted for being handicapped and was given poor service all the times I ate here before. I have been hung up on during phone calls to this place. Also, I ordered oysters from here one time and called them out for them being so old and dead (as I am an oyster fanatic), and all they did was replace them w the same quality of oyster (which was over a week old at least). I’ve never gotten good service here and the owner will treat you in a condescending manner.

(This review is actually for Signature’s connecting lounge-​Fabrege. Same owners) I am a frequent visitor to this place due to the fact that it is walking to distance to where I live. There are dozens of restaurants and hookah spots for me to choose from but this location is so far my favorite. It has a great atmosphere, I always get good service, they have a vast amount of hookah flavors, and the best lamb chops I have ever had. They measure their drinks so I usually «pre-​game» before coming since the drinks are expensive. Overall, this place is a great place to eat, smoke and occasionally dance.

Nice décor, food was not bad, however the hostes/​waiter should be changed, we got sea food soup and French onion soup, waiter didn’t bother to mention that sea food soup is huge and could be enough for two ppl.

Service not that great but I still like the place but also a tad over priced. Great outlay I guess they can continue working on the service and also to make drinks better.

Great food, great service, amazing entertainment! A very nice way to spend a Saturday night.

No AC working properly in the steamy NYC evening in June. We asked the staff several times that It’s uncomfortably hot for our guests at the table when we celebrated a b-​day party there, but they’d say that the AC is at the highest level. So if celebrating an event in a steamy hot restaurant is not your thing, then this not the right place. Also, my girlfriend got stuck in their bathroom because the door lock jammed.
Food was tasty and the servants were polite but the above described issues must be addressed to receive 5 stars.

Went there for lunch, service was horrible, waiter was rude and the burger was cold.

Mixed reviews for this re-​done steakhouse.
The filet mignon and porterhouse were perfect. The chocolate soufflé was dreamy. However, the live music was average but annoyingly loud, to the point where a conversation was an impossibility.
Surprisingly, the steakhouse was empty on a Saturday nite.

I was there this weekend. There were 10 of us and we celebrated my friend’s 25’s birthday.
First of all, it’s was last minute reservation and we are glad that we called there. The staff makes it perfect.
Absolutely amazing food, great atmosphere, good service. And we definitely enjoyed live performance.

This place is fabulous!!! I came here for the first time with a friend couple months ago.
The décor is nice and the place is nice overall. The service is friendly and the food was great.
Went here after dinner for a cocktail and dessert. We sat in the bar area at a table with super comfy chairs. Picked the place because we passed it while walking to dinner and it looked interesting.

Went there for a birthday party and loved it. The music and atmosphere was great. The place itself is really nice, not over the top, but just enough on the décor. The food was good, the usual Russian food — The pâté with the banana chips was awesome.
The service was good and friendly. They were very attentive and never had to call them over to ask for anything. Overall, really impressed, was not expecting it to be that good.
Only negative, the bathrooms need a little work. They are new and pretty clean but add an attendant and that would be better.

Is Emmons Avenue finally starting to bring back its nightlife after Sandy? I sure hope so.
For nearly a year now, it’s taken a while for many of the restaurant and lounges to get back on their feet. This restaurant, open nearly two weeks or so may be the mark of «new» Emmons, and I was excited for that, and wanted to try out this new place.
Typical Russian style restaurant. If you don’t know what that means, basically, its expensive, large portions for sharing with a large party, drinking and dancing.
Last night, my husband and i came here around 8 pm and it was like he had rented out the entire restaurant just for us. It was completely empty, and no music yet. (Probably because it was a Thursday!)
I’m sure on Friday, Saturday, even Sunday they will be much more crowded and «fun».
I ordered the duck, and he ordered the salmon steak. Both were presented beautifully, and the food was pretty good.
For an appetizer we order typical fried potatoes and mushrooms, for $ 20, LOL I KNOW.
So far the experience was fine. This is definitely the place you would prefer to go with a large group of family or friends. You can share, and it wont turn out to be that pricey per person.
The décor inside is lovely, i really liked the chairs and floors.
I’ll probably want to go back on a weekend night went more people are out and i don’t feel like im eating at a restaurant all alone with the waiters staring at you.
We also started talking to the friendly manager Fayek and he was explaining to us all about how excited his was about the restaurant and how he hopes it will be a great success and new hot spot for dinner and dancing. He was really sweet and gave us an extravagant dessert on the house.
