Quality Laundromat

Talk about awful customer service. You are lucky if there ancient machine actually work. The staff is rude, nasty and will not reimburse you if there machines fail which occurs often. I recommend you do your laundry elsewhere. Awful all around!

I have gone here for over 7 years, and I have always experienced good service. For the last year this place has gone significantly downhill. I don’t know who the woman is that runs/​works there now but her attitude alone makes me want to walk further to other laundromats. It’s really disgustingly rude.
The clothes do still come nicely packed, but now I have lost about 6 pairs of socks, 3 sets of underwear, I have about 7 brand new shirts with tiny holes all over them (from different times), and my pants have bleach stains on them. Black pants. Every time I go there, they charge a different price for extras. You have a bathroom mat? That’s anywhere from $ 1 – 5 depending on the mood. You want to separate your whites? That’s $ 5 extra depending on the mood. I once soaked a shirt that I got sauce on and brought it in a separate bag with my laundry, it was still wet but I told the woman to put it all together since I rinsed the sauce off the shirt. She wanted to charge me $ 7 extra just because the shirt was wet!!! I always tip, even though more than half the time I leave angry and upset. The other day my bill came out to an even number with change, and I always leave the change for them plus a buck or two. I give her a twenty and told her to keep the coins, and she just stands there waiting for me to leave. I ask for my change, and she gives me a look like I just robbed her and killed her children. Did she really think I was tipping her $ 10!!! Really??? Her!!!
That woman is horribly unfriendly, never smiles, and gives people a nasty attitude. Others doing their laundry have complained about the same thing. I hope she is not the owner, and if not she should be fired immediately. I know several people that stopped going there only because of her. They used to have really sweet staff. There was a very lovely woman working there just a year back and her lack of English did not stop her from smiling and being pleasant. There was also a young girl there who was always helpful. It’s just a big disappointment now.
I really really hope they improve!
