The owner did reach out to replace the cup. However this review is for the cup its self. Warning that the picture are plastic and peel off if you microwave them. So if you are okay having a tea/​Coffee cup that can’t be microwaved, go for it… Doesn’t work us.

It’s a souvenir shop in Time Square and my friends and I were looking for little trinkets to bring back to our friends. When we were rummaging through the shirts, a sales person was pretty much breathing down our necks and staring at us ruining the perfectly folded shirts (even though we attempted to fold them back after).
Then when my friend was about to pay, the girl at the counter was was talking on the phone while she rang up my friend and not paying attention the whole time. When giving her change, she just dropped it on the counter instead of handing it to her. I mean, WTF? These people have no manners and obviously no common courtesy.
