Perfect Brows NYC

This place is very clean but they did a mediocre job on my eyebrows. Not to mention that I felt rushed. I understand that you have other customers but no need to be rude. I’d rather travel to bay ridge

My previous waxing place was over an hour away by mass transit… so. I found this place by «google mapping» while at my orthodontists neat by.
…I love this waxing salon. Clean. Efficient. I grew out my brows a bit longer than usual (about 2 months) bc due to me doing it on my own for almost a year, the ends were at one point super thin. The lady who did my brows LISTENED to me and did an exact clean up and didn’t make my brows thin :-)
I went back 2 weeks later for my brows again and a brazillian. It was the most efficiently done brazillian wax I’ve ever had. I have zero complaints about the hygiene of this salon. The staff there is super friendly as well!
…this is now my new waxing Salon.
They are also super convenient because they are literally steps away from the kings hwy train station!

Do not come here unless you want pencil thin eyebrows!

Today I stopped in for a facial. With a name like «Perfect Brows,» I know skincare is not exactly what they’re known for, and their little storefront location makes it obvious that you won’t get a fantasy spa experience, but that’s fine. All I’m looking for is a place for a thorough skin cleansing experience, that’s moderately priced and within 15 minutes of where I live. On all those counts, Perfect Brows delivers. I got the Diamond facial, which sounds a lot more luxurious than it actually was. Mostly what bothered me about it was the excessive downtime — after a brief period involving a cleansing lotion massage and then exfoliation with a scrub, the facial steam was put on for what seemed like at least 15 minutes. I love the steamer, and this one had a nice light honey scent to it, but it just seemed like a long time. The extractions came after that, and that hurt LIKE A MOTHER. The second half of the facial was definitely more enjoyable, a lot more time of cleansling lotion and cream massage. The mask at the end must have been on for a half hour though, and that was a bit much too. Otherwise, the facial room is reasonably clean, the service very friendly, I loved the Indian music playing on the speakers, and I will be back for another facial for sure. Just not Diamond; maybe Gold?

Place looks clean but the girl who did my brows was extremely rude. She said her name is Aisha. First I tough she was nice. While she was doing my eyebrows she would stop and talk in her language to her friend. Like I am not there. Than when I told her if she can do here there she was like lay down! With bad attitude. I tried to pay her all was 12 $ I gave her $ 22 she reaped $ 12 I said can u give me $ 10 back she goes I don’t have enough change. I was tall enough to see the register with full of change. I gave her tip and said well u had $ 10 but, that’s ok. She goes at this time which was 7pm she can’t give the change to people! ??? Interesting. And she said ok? Thank you! With the attitude. Very unprofessional. She did a good job tough! Didn’t ruin my eyebrows at least. She should treat customers better. So we can go back!

I am extremely OCD about eyebrows. I literally can not give this place enough stars. Since I’ve been going there since their opening week almost all of them know exactly how I like my eyebrows done. Super attentive, friendly, and professional. Everyone always asks me where I get my eyebrows done and I am more than happy to let them know :) Sandy also does amazing Henna.

On Sunday this place closes at 7pm. I arrived there at 6:49. 11 minutes left till closing. The lady didn’t even let me In when I have been going there for almost 3 years. I don’t understand why she would do that knowing that the place doesn’t not even close yet. Eyebrow threading takes literally 5 – 6 minutes but yet the chose not to see me. I understand it’s Sunday and all but if your business closes at what ever time you shouldn’t have your doors locked before that then. Poor customer service.

I went there to make a new shape of my eye brows. I didn’t touch my brows more than a month. It was really hard to do that. You can imagine a person with something wild going on in the place where nice brows supposed to be. So, I read nice reviews about this place and I went there. I had a picture of the brows I wanted to have. The person did my threading and tinting of my eye brows. I paid more than $ 20 for it. And when I came home… I wanted to cry. Seriously! My eye brows are completely different! Different shape, different arch, different width. I can’t explain how much I’m disappointed. I don’t have some face asymmetry, so for a professional it shouldn’t be a problem to make nice looking the same brows. I can’t express how I’m disappointed to have this mess with my brows!!!

My friend recommended his place, and I am happy she did. The ladies are all very good and very nice. I am especially a fan that they are not pricey and accept walk ins. I thread and tint my brows here and Ive never been disappointed.

This place is clean, they offer all types of services (not just threading) and the few girls I’ve been to have done an amazing job on my eyebrows.
My favorite girl here is Sandy. She fixed my shitty eyebrows after I messed them up. She is such a sweet girl as well!

This is my new go-​to for eyebrow and other hairy area management. They did a fantastic job with threading, and shaped them perfectly. I go back every couple of weeks for a touch up. The ladies who work here are professional, efficient and just downright nice. The threading is only $ 7 for eyebrows, and it’s worth every penny.
Don’t forget to tip! And ask for their rewards card … it’s a nice perk!

There’s not much to the perfect eyebrows… At least not for me. Just make them look good and even… And not so thin. Since eyebrows shape your face, I was apprehensive to try threading places. But I started looking like Frida Kahlo at one point because I’ve been neglecting to thread them and since this place was next to the station and bus stop (the most convenient place ever) I decided to give it a try. I am super happy with my results and with their loyalty program (roughly 10 eyebrows threaded, you get one free) I am a happy camper. I have found my new threading go-​to place!!!

I had an okay experience the first time. Not so much the second time around.
The woman I had did not seem like knew what she was doing. You would think she was in beauty school and I was her experimental game. The thread she was using kept breaking. She made my eyebrows WAY too thin when I specifically told her not to.
Let’s just say I was walking around for about a good month with one curious eyebrow.
NEVER AGAIN!

They do a good threading job and they is rarely a wait. $ 8, $ 10 with tip, not bad. It hurts like hell, hurts a lot more than waxing, but they are very fast and threading is more precise. If it was just threading, I would have given this place 5 stars, but I had my arms waxed and found them extremely unsanitary. They use this weird roller thing that does not appear to be sanitized. So zero stars for waxing, five stars for brows.
