This particular location is in Chelsea Market, right next to Dougnuttery.
There seems to be a little bit of Unilocal confusion, between this location and the other West side location on the Highline, right in the Highline Passageway.
This one opened up again for the summertime not too long ago, and I had the pleasure of visiting it again. And although it only occupies a little corner, they have both popsicles and shaved ice. I did not try the shaved ice, but this location has my favorite Rosewater Apple flavor! It tastes just like apple sauce.
Fortunately for you, there are a few tables and seats available right next to the People’s Pop stand.
