History
Established in 2006.
NYIS is a Post-Production company that specializes in all aspects of printing, such as high end retouching, page layout, and digital/large format printing to name a few. We are located in the Dumbo district of Brooklyn.
NY Image Studio works with PR and AD agencies, branding companies and major retail corporate stores. We provide our high end traditional retouching, computer generated imaging (CGI) and print services for many of their largest campaigns in a very cost-effective manner. This includes retouching for catalogs, 3-d renderings of retail products, large format printing for sponsored events, trade show graphics. Meet the Business Owner
Carole F.
Business Owner
Carole is an entrepreneur with a drive to succeed. She has been conceptualizing, creating, and designing since the early eighties.
In the mid 90’s, Desktop Publishing quickly changed and dominated traditional publishing practices. Carole pushed herself to learn all the new software and applications and in doing so she stayed ahead of the technical curve. Carole’s next series of jobs placed her in the mainstream of digital publishing and she continued move forward in the pre-press world. Owing to her mastery of color theory, her career brought her to the top of pre-press houses in Boston and New York City.
Driven by the desire to run her own company, Carole decided to open her own business. Her positive attitude, her reputation for excellence combined continued with the recognition and support from her clients helped make New York Image Studio (NYIS) a reality. Carole owns 100% of the business. She is also very proud to have received her certifications with the NGLCC and WBENC.
