SCAM! I rented an apartment from Valery, who I believe is the «owner» of this company. He asked for the three months rent upfront and the security deposit. After living in the apartment for three months this summer, I found out Valery never paid the rent to management and was being sued by all his clients! Valery also stole my security deposit of about $ 5,000! His phone and his assistant Crystal’s phone have been off for a few weeks. Crystal informed me that he was thinking of running away back to Nigeria to escape all of the lawsuits. Stay very far away from this business. I’m probably never going to see that money again :(
