Everything at NY Cake Pops is baked from scratch, using local all natural ingredients without any preservatives, each cake pop is hand crafted by mixing fully baked cake and frosting, dipped in premium Belgium chocolate and decorated beautifully, individually wrapped and tied with matching twist tie.

Hello! My name is Lerida and I started NY CAKE POPS in 2009. I was born in Mexico and came to NYC in 2003 for an internship in a Museum. I ended up staying for love. After working at the Guggenheim Museum for several years, I am now married and a full time mommy. I started making cake pops for my kids birthdays and celebrations. With the feedback I started receiving from friends and their friends, I decided to offer my cake pop designs and flavors to the public.
I am part of Hot Bread Kitchen Incubator program in East Harlem and with only word of mouth and social media, my business is thriving. With NY Cake Pops, I strive to create a delicious one of a kind cake on a stick.
I like to think I make people happy :)
