NDNY Architecture + Design

Mary and Ananth (NDNY Architecture + Design), was asked to work with us as we envisioned to expand our upstairs bedroom into a Master Bedroom Suite. We wanted to take an existing bedroom with no bathroom and make it into a Master Suite. We also wanted to make the best use of space. Mary and Ananth helped us with our vision, offering options on what we could do and how we could achieve it on a reasonable budget. They provided great solutions for a walk in closet and bathroom design, enhancing the functionality of these spaces in their design. The lighting plan was fabulous, they provided a French door overlooking the backyard which floods natural light into the room appealing to the aesthetic senses and utilizing a space that would otherwise have been non functional. Since the new construction was over our current kitchen, after the initial drawings were done, we added a stipulation that our kitchen should not be affected during construction. Mary and Ananth came up with an alternate economical plan to accommodate this request seamlessly.
While considering Architects, we saw in NDNY’s work a unique ability to merge the new with the existing. Once the final plan was decided, Mary and Ananth helped us find a contractor. They made the time to meet with the contractors and answer any questions the contractors had.
NDNY’s architectural services were excellent, and were performed with proficiency and with quick turnaround time. Special requests were always welcomed and executed with excellent results. We highly recommend NDNY’s Architectural services.

Mary at NDNY did an incredible job helping us with the layout and design of our space at Brooklyn Crêpe & Juice. She took detailed and accurate measurements and worked with us to find innovative solutions for our equipment and storage in our small space. She has a great eye for design and gave us a fair and reasonable quote which she stuck to. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use her again in the future.

NDNY worked with us on our Wangs concept. Mary helped in both the exterior and interior design of our location and was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. She was able to get the work done ahead of schedule to coincide with our contractors schedule and get all of the last minute changes we wanted All of my customers compliment me on how nice our storefront looks.
