The original vision behind Monte-Carlo NYC was to create a restaurant that will be pleasurable and appealing to people working in and associated with the food & beverage and fashion industries, as well as the local neighborhood clientele. The concept behind Monte-Carlo NYC is hand picked food of the highest quality, with everything made on premise including homemade ice cream/sorbet and foie gras. The restaurant focuses on the product quality and service that are the staple of uptown restaurants with the warmness and hospitality of the best downtown neighborhood establishments. The music program is conducive to the theme of the ambiance of Monte-Carlo NYC. Playlists are consistently updated & mixed exclusively for the restaurant, remixing favorites from the 80s, R&B, indie/nu-disco and hip hop, amongst others.
