Nice attempt at trying to sell mofongo to the touristy crowd of Smorgasburg. They only had two offerings: chicken stew and vegetarian(mind you, neither option is considered traditional in PR, but again I understand the attempt to cater to the touristy/Manhattan-esque palates). I tried the chicken option and it was a disappointment. Mofongo was salty and stuck to the cardboard plate, whereas the chicken stew was way too spicy. For the same amount of cash I paid($ 10), I could definitely avoid the Williamsburg crowds and eat at Casa Adela instead(5th and C), who serve authentic mofongo that never fails to please my taste buds. Better luck next time!
