Established in 2010.

2 Friends from Flint, Michigan moved to NYC. One had the desire to be a chef, the other a visual artist. In 2010 they decided to put their talents together and formed BITEME cheesecakes. Since then, people from all across the world head to brooklyn to get a taste what Ina garten, Martha Stewart and Oprah already knows… One bite is all it takes to get hooked!

We tried two, the apple bacon and the blueberry. Both good quality and enough to satisfy a sweet craving and leave room in your stomach for everything else.

I went to Smorgasburg today, and I saw those amazing cheesecakes. They looked delicious so i took 2 (lime and strawberry) and it was simply incredible! I would say a little bit pricy ($ 3 each, you don’t have a discount if you take 4 at the same time), but it was really good! I would definitely go there again for cheesecakes!

these bite sized cheesecakes were sensational. popped one in my mouth. perfect size and great for a mini guilty dessert crave. I only tried the original flavor. the other unique flavors didn’t call my name. I will definitely get some more when I see them again.
By the way I tried these at the winter flew market smorgasburg in Williamsburg Brooklyn.

Not bad but nothing special and for $ 3 I’d pass. Not as good as Juniors (or even other various dessert establishments or bakeries I’ve tried). Not creamy (which is fine, I’ve had less creamy cheesecakes that I’ve liked a lot). What is the crust people are raving about? It was just meh. This was the disappointment oft Smorgasburg experience. I had tried to Unilocal a lot of the vendors I thought looked interesting to plan out my eats. for my dessert option I chose this based on reviews. I would probably opt for Dough or Butter and Scotch or the black and white cookie place instead next time.

Their cheesecake is amazingly delicious!!! I am super picky about my cheesecake, and am constantly in pursuit of the tastiest slice. This cake can hold its own against Juniors and Eileen’s.
I stumbled upon their stand at Hester Street Fair, and bought the strawberry balsamic one. The success of this cheesecake lies in its cookie crust which is the perfect complement to the cheesecake. For $ 3 each, certainly hit the spot.

They said to me when I first went to them that they were better than Juniors. I never thought I would say it but … for me they are. Lil morsels of cheesecake with a cookie crumb crust. Lord have mercy on me. Today will make my 4th purchase from them and I will continue to buy cause there are just that great. I reconmend the nut cluster cause it reminds me of dulce de leche or the one with strawberry on top. Trust me it is unique as it gets.
