Specialties
Rolfing is an inquiry into how you live in your body.
My approach encompasses informed manual therapy, pain education, and self-care skills to bolster the client’s autonomy on their pain/discomfort issues.
The philosophy of Rolfing Structural Integration aims not to ‘fix’ a person’s symptoms or posture, nor does it formalistically fit your structure into an ideal template. The Structural Integration approach facilitates the human body’s innate ability to heal itself. Manual care engenders this ability by allowing the brain and body unit to self-regulate, self-sense, and self-organize. The process is a continuous education of your sensory experiences and how it relates to living in your body.
Usually performed in 10 consecutive sessions, I will employ a blend of myofascial, osteopathic, nerve mobilisation manual techniques along with pain education casting a spotlight on biopsychosocial factors which may contribute to your pain experience. We will have an interactive dynamic applying sensitive and informed touch in which the results depend on how active your participation is in your process.

Meet the Business Owner
Minki K.
Business Owner
From early in my life, I’ve had an inclination towards helping people. Many friends say they cherish their relationship with me since I have a willingness to listen with sympathy and without judgment. Friends and family always remark that they are truly seen and can be themselves around me.
My honesty, patience, and calmness easily foster trust and effortless rapport. These innate characteristics have shaped my approach towards Structural Integration (SI) and my practice.
I am a certified Structural Integration Practitioner as a member of IASI (International Association of Structural Integrators). I am a graduate of the NEWSSI (New School of Structural Integration). My ongoing training covers techniques and principles based on nerve mobilization, osteopathy, pain education, and continually becoming the type of therapist you can trust and feel safe around.
