Minimelanie created for our party the most delicious and unusual deserts and party favors!!! The delivery of these sweets was on time, fresh and the perfect ending to our dinner. As guests walked out the door they took home delicious truffle jewels in artistic boxes to remember the event

i met melanie after i’d learned i couldn’t have wheat or dairy, so coming accross a baker w/​so much experience behind her felt like a joke. then she tells me she makes gluten and dairy free items also (and nut free if requested!). suddenly i could have it all again– cakes, cupcakes, cookies… and trust me, i did!
we now have a standing monthy order from melanie for our office birthday shout outs and with each new flavor, design and idea she brings us all on a sweet journey. in addition, since mel is just as sweet as her baked goods, she makes sure we have a batch of regular sweets, a batch of gluten/​dairy free, and a batch of nut free so that everyone can indulge. i was never much of a sweets person, but when you can no longer have them it’s all you crave. melanie’s bite size options are perfect for killing that craving w/​o feeling like you’re too full.

The Ruby jewel truffles are very delicious. Also the White Chocolate Funfetti party cake was enjoyed by all my dinner guests, and they wanted more!!!
