Usually prompt and friendly!
The only guffaw: the half hour extra driving when the driver didn’t understand I needed to go to a bank, and I had informed Masada when I booked it, as well as the driver multiple times. However, due to their past service I will use then again (everyone should be entitled to off days), and they certainly are much more reliable than Blvd Taxi.

Horrible customer service. I had purchased a discounted round trip service from a third party discount site. When I tried to utilize the coupon, they would not honor it. Guy literally hung up on me. Do not recommend at all.
