Marder Robert W, DMD

Dr. Robert Marder is everything a dentist should be! Warm, receptive, a good listener, and patient, sensitive to his patient’s needs. I actually visited Dr. Marder after reading about him here on Unilocal.I’m a baby when it comes to going to the doctor and Dr. Marder made me feel comfortable when I expressed my concerns, even making me laugh. He paid great attention to me during each step of my visit, explaining what he was doing and why. And as wonderful as Dr. Marder is so too is his office and staff. People new to the area always ask me for recommendations for doctors and he will definitely be a dentist I recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Marder for over 10 years now. During all my visits, and there are many as I believe in taking a proactive approach with my teeth, he has without exception been an absolute professional. He is so skilled in the craft, and is exquisitely careful not to cause any discomfort, and my visits are pretty much pain free. The office is clean, the receptionist is kind, and the office hums along (there are a few other Dr’s there who I believe work on other related issues, TMJ I believe.) Dr Marder has great bedside manners, he always manages to make me laugh. From much experience at this point, I am always confident that his work will be pristine. There has been a time or 2, over the last decade, when a crown came back from the lab, and it was not to his exact specifications. Rather than just working with it, I patiently waited a few days, and after receiving the one he knew was perfect, we proceeded to change the crown. I make this point, because I’ve unfortunately had bad experiences with other dentists who were not as demanding of detail, and as a consequence, I had to keep coming back to fix more issues. When Dr Marder works, he does it right, and monitors your teeth very carefully with every subsequent visit. I feel very blessed to be in Dr Marders’ care, and if it weren’t evident enough, I highly recommend him to any and all. On a final note, my wife just chimed in to say «he’s great, easy to talk to, knows his work, and will be honest in telling you all options for a myriad of procedures.»

The most important things I can say about Dr. Marder are that he is a gentleman and a professional. He is truly concerned about his patients’ well being and it shows in his work. His office is both personal and comfortable and those make dental visits that much better. I don’t think you’ll find a better dentist.

I have been a patient in this practice for decades! This is an academically affiliated dental father and son dental office. Robert is the son and has been in practice for a number of years. He is a very warm, caring, honest and conscientious person. As a doctor, I have referred other patients to him as well. This is a latex-​safe office for those with latex allergy.
