One story sums up what it’s like working with Q for me. One night, about a month ago, while I was out of town, we had a new cleaner working on our space. She accidentally locked our elevator after she was finished cleaning, which would have caused some of our customers to be locked out of our space the following morning. I reached out to the Q team, and Dave volunteered to personally go first thing in the morning (7am) on a Saturday to unlock the elevator.

Q is spectacular. We used a typical cleaning service for years and thought that we had to live with mediocre results. We took a leap of faith on Q and have been blown away. The cleaning crew does great work, the communication is excellent, and they continue to find ways to go above and beyond the call of duty. Most recently, we were having dishwasher problems that no one seemed capable of solving. Plumber, contractor, dishwasher company — everyone failed. Q took the initiative and sent someone to help — and solved the problem.

Q has revolutionized how our office functions. Thanks to the installed iPad, our team members can now submit their many daily requests via the Q app, and our office manager can take care of them all at once at the end of the day. Our team has become so much more efficient because of Q.
Their cleaners are the absolutely bomb — they exceed expectations on every task we give them, and even cleanup things that we’ve forgotten to ask. I’ve found that it’s very hard to find office cleaners that do their job properly, and these guys continually go above and beyond. I can’t praise them enough.

Our office was one of the first offices to use Q, and it has been great! The system is pretty cool and the Q workers are very nice and reliable. Q also does nice little things for our office every now and then, though making sure my desk is not covered in ice coffee is my favorite part.

Our office has a pack of wild humans and dogs running around every day, and somehow Q manages to make our place look stellar every morning when we get back into the office.
The tablet interface makes it super easy to make special requests like when a certain part of the office needs a little extra TLC.

These guys are the best. The product interface is the shit and the guys that come in to clean are soooo nice and conscientious!
Plus its really nice to be able to leave notes/​requests whenever you need to and know that they get where they need to go. Love these guys.
