I just had a long down jacket dry cleaned here and they did a fantastic job! I think their prices are fair especially since they do a quality job. This may just be my new neighborhood cleaners!

Love their fast service and very friendly staff, the place is small but super convenient — great things comes in small packages! :) good quality cleaning that’s also Eco friendly, will be coming back!

I am a huge fan of Liox. I have only used their dry cleaning service so far, and they are exponentially better than anyone else I have used. I had a jacket, 2 skirts, and a cashmere scarf all cleaned for $ 36 — looking forward to trying out their wash and fold in the future.

I have recommended Liox to my housemates and we all use their service for Laundry.
Especially like the way they ask your preferred fabric softener — nice touch.

Used the regular laundry and wash&press service.
I think the best part about the regular laundry is that you get to pick the various detergents and fabric softeners. Another convenient service is that they text you when your stuff is ready for pick up! Don’t have to worry about your stuff being ready.

I’ve gone to this cleaners almost on a weekly basis. On one of my visits (as mentioned in a previous review), they were a bit too rough with removing the makeup stain and caused the fabric to pill. Well, the owner was kind enough to send it out again to see if they could fix it. And guess what?! They did! My shirt looks brand new. I cannot wait to wear it again. It may be a miniscule detail, but they rose to the challenge and were super heroes. Obviously, i will continue to use their services. They value their customers. And I’m an incredibly loyal person, especially to those who are humble and kind.

Excellent cleaning service with a decent price table and friendly staff. I know my clothes won’t come back smelling like cigarettes unlike some places in the area. Several detergent options (including Tide) and fabric softener available for wash and fold. Also will hang dry items you don’t want dried which is amazing. Definitely 5 stars.

I used the service for wash and fold. Great price and great results. I brought all my cloth in the morning and at the evening everything was ready. Folded professionally and great smell. After this experience this is my go to place.

Fast, reasonably priced, good hours, good service. Their turnaround for me has always been within two days, often the next day. You get a text saying it’s ready, all electronic so no need to carry around a slip of paper or anything like that.

I love Liox’s ultra-​convenient laundry service– laundry is no longer a chore but something that can be scheduled easily online and like magic, it’s done! There are also many different options for detergents (i.e. eco-​friendly), pickup and delivery times and they even give you a nifty laundry bag to keep!

Liox Cleaners offers a great service. The website is convenient and easy to use and the prices are really fair. The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is they seem to have an odd way of folding towels and napkins in that there is no consistency whatsoever. It seems the goal they have is to fold everything so that it fits a particular dimensional footprint so everything fits into their bags easily. This isn’t a biggy, but I thought it was weird, imagining if I was folding the towels on the other side, I would choose a standard way to fold (quarters, thirds, then halfs … something?) and stick with it throughout the process.
Aside from the folding, they’re great and I would absolutely recommend them.

Becoming a member has made my life extremely easier and time saving. The delivery men are always on time and nothing gets lost. It’s wonderful to have everything pre folded as well! I recommend your business to everyone I know! Thank you for the free load your run a great business!

Delivery: As someone who does everything Online, I was so happy to find Liox Cleaners when I moved to Chinatown and searched for a full service laundry facility. I’m able to place my order, customize a few options, and schedule pickup/​delivery of my wash all Online. It is very convenient. The only reason I subtracted a star was because there is only one person driving the delivery car so if he cannot find parking, I’m required to bring or pickup the clothes to him downstairs. I know that sounds super diva-​y, but on a 5^th floor walk-​up, it just adds a slight inconvenience.
Service: The service itself deserves 5 stars. I separate my delicate items, have them washed cold, and hung dry. My clothes always come back with care and in one piece.
I highly recommend Liox Cleaners to everyone in the area!

I’ll admit that the hardest part of moving to New York City was accepting the fact that I would no longer have a washer and dryer in my apartment. I was SO paranoid about using a laundry service, but once I found Liox Cleaners everything changed. Not only is ordering pickup/​delivery incredibly easy with their online form, but my clothes are washed PERFECTLY every single time. My boyfriend and I have been using them for over a year now and are 100% happy.
Their customer service is amazing too — I once had a minor issue and when I brought it to their attention I was refunded my money immediately and given a heartfelt apology!
They allow you to give specific instructions (i.e. wash in cold water) and they actually follow them. My BF loves the hang dry option for his work shirts. I love how well they fold everything.
Price for wash and fold is $ 20 per bag (or $ 35 for two bags) which I think is more than worth it since I know I can trust them. Their dry cleaning prices are bit expensive for my taste, but I don’t dry clean that often anyway.

I love this place, I’ve been using them for three years now and they never disappoint. They pick up from your apartment and drop off, one time the man even tried to convince me to put more laundry in my bag because he wanted me to get my moneys worth (which would just mean more lbs for him to carry, but he was happy to do it)!
They allow you to choose your laundry detergent and have the option to have up to three items hand washed if you desire (may need to double check the site but i believe its three items). My clothes always come back smelling amazing and in great condition! I would highly recommend to anyone who asks!

Hands down the best dry cleaning and wash service I’ve used.
I love that their default detergent is Tide and that they also give you the option of alternative detergents that are eco– and sensitive skin friendly. The convenience of their pick up and drop off service (that can be scheduled with the click of a button on their surprisingly efficient website) is also a huge plus.
I do wish some of their dry cleaning services were a little more reasonably priced but, overall, Liox has saved me tons of time and keeps my favorite garments fresh, preserved, and pressed.

Did a load of laundry with them, unlike the rest they charge by bag and weight. So if you have the time to pack and squeeze lots of stuff in, you win.
I like their option of choosing different types of laundry soap, so far my clothes have been folded v nicely and came back smelling clean and fresh. They are fast and efficient too, with customized timing.
Oh downsize, it can be a little expensive with the $ 20/​load, but its 35 for 2 loads.
And oh, they provide the bag you stuff your dirty clothes in!

These guys are totally awesome. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they have this weird delivery thing where it has to be within a certain time window (I’m almost never home, so within 30 minutes to an hour is best.) and has to be booked online.
In terms of actual laundry service they are the best– they let you choose non-​smelly detergents, they air dry things, they allow things to hang dry (unheard of) and I’ve never had anything ruined at all.
They’re also so affordable.
