Bed Bug Laundry Service

I contacted BBLS as soon as I found out we had an infestation in our 3 bedroom apartment. Bob was prompt in answering all of my questions and catering to all of my needs. They handled over 15 bags of laundry and always picked up the phone when I needed them. They were also flexible on pick up and drop off times. BBLS took a load of stress off of me during one of the most stressful periods a New Yorker can experience and I’m very thankful for that.

We used Bed Bug Laundry about 6 weeks ago to wash and dry clean our clothes when it was determined that we had a bed bug infestation, it seems that the furniture we waited for 6 months to get from the big department store on 34^th street (we all know who that is) had a nest of bed bugs, how unimaginable. Crazy right? Well we called Bed Bug Laundry after the management company at our building recommened them. We planned it so that we would get our cleaned clothes delivered to our new apartment on east 85^th street, this way we would have minimal moving. They were trully an excellent company to deal with in the midst of all the chaos and calling Bob at Bed Bug Laundry was the best thing that happened to us. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they use Dreft detergent for baby clothes.

I had an excellent experience cleaning our clothes with Bed Bug Laundry this summer when we found bed bugs in the hotel we were staying near Times Square. Bed Bug Laundry cleaned all our belongings before we got back home. Five stars all the way for the way this company gets rid of bed bugs.

The first time I used Bed Bug Laundry was when I staying in a sublet in Williamsburg about 3 years ago and they saved my life. I just used them again in my new apartment on the upper east side. After living 15 years in New York, I woke up one morning to bed bug bites, thankfully Bed Bug Laundry was there for me when I needed to clean all of my clothes.

Yes, yes, yes. No big stories to write here, just an excellent outcome, thanks Bob and Orkin. We dry cleaned all our clothes here, we even had our shoes cleaned and our clothes washed. No more bedbugs now for four months.

This company was recommended for dry cleaning and clothes washing by the people from Orkin that serviced our apartment to get rid of bedbugs. We had originally started doing it ourselves but the task is way too risky and overwelming. Bob was informative and very helpful in helping us get rid of bed bugs. Good service to know.

When I was staying on the upper west side with my friends who came from overseas, I found out about this company from another friend who had a similar problem. They took and did all of our requests accordingly. The service is fast, friendly and price is very reasonable for what it is. They picked up all our clothes and shoes within minutes of calling them. Clothes came back washed, cleaned and well folded all in transparent packages. Definitely one of the best services i’ve used in nyc. Bobby is a lifesaver!

I just found out about this company a few of months ago. I have used their service about 4 – 5 times.
My job requires me to travel a lot. Whenever I’m back in NYC, I’ll give them a call to pick up my dirty laundry from my apartment. I have also used their dry cleaning service for coats, blouses, etc. So far, everything has been great — no missing pieces and all my clothes always come back clean and pressed.
Definitely one of the best cleaners in NYC!

Called on a Monday to arrange for a pick up. Took all my information and said they would be here between 11 – 12. Thursday morning I called to confirm. They could t seem to find my name, but assured me they would get back to me. By late afternoon when I hadn’t heard back, I called again. They informed me that I was too far away (even though it clearly states on their web site that they do deliver to my area!). So they left me stranded. They are NOT RELIABLE. Do yourself a favor — find another service and don’t be left hanging like I was.

The best thing you can do if you get caught up with bedbugs. This company is great. They do dry cleaning and laundry. Dont think any more about it, the faster you contact them, the better off you are.

UPDATE:
I had my 3^rd bag go MISSING and they have still not called me back, it has been over a week!!! The 3^rd bag has my BABY BLANKET and I have stated that in voice mails to them. It’s a very personal possession when you live across the country from your family!
They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, how can you treat a customer this way? No one should have to go through this when dealing with bed bugs. Why should I have to call every day and leave voice mails for my belongings that I paid for to clean (yes I already paid the bill and I am sure that is why they are ignoring me… they don’t care!!)
I have all my sheets along with other things that are now they are just LOST and they DO NOT CARE to call me back or answer the phone! In this type of business one should have COMPASSION which they LACK!

Horrible! They are the worst at calling back!!! I had given them three bags to clean and they only delivered two the other one has been misplaced somewhere and they have no idea where!
Please do yourself a favor and use another service. It’s already awful going through this bedbug drama and dealing with this company has made it even worse
