I’ve used Knickerbocker for over three years and have been satisfied (but not wowed) with the service. The prices are high but about average for the area (welcome to the UES) we spend $ 50-​$ 75 a week on dry cleaning. In the last 6 months or so they seem to be slipping a bit and today when I called at 11:00 am I was told I could not get my stuff back tomorrow evening! We are talking a day and a half from a place that claims to provide «Same Day» service?
Sorry Knickerbocker I’ll be using Maxene Cleaners (across the street) from now on.

the staff here is awesome, and i’ve always been pleased by their work. i’ve had my jeans shortened here and it hardly took any time at all. they also deliver but i usually pick up.
