Surprised by the negative comments here, I really like this place. They always greet with a smile, offer quick service and fair prices. Would recommend.

I’ve tried a bunch of places in the city, and this is the only place I’ll go to from now on. Fast and high quality!

Solid dry cleaning place. They’re very nice in there, and one time when I brought in a ton of shirts they gave me a 20% discount for bringing so many.

I’ve had an excellent experience using this place every couple weeks for the last 2.5 years. Sammy and David are very cordial, remembering your name and often extending complimentary courtesies to regular customers. Turnaround is always prompt, and prices are very reasonable. I’ve always been pleased with the quality of the dry cleaning, pressing, and the few minor stitch jobs I’ve had. In the few instances of a broken button, they’ve been quick to rectify at no charge. These guys are an asset to the neighborhood, and I hope they stick around for a long time.

Bad results and bad service. My partners shirts have come back completely wrinkled and I just received a brand new sweater that I had «dry» cleaned back at half the size. Clearly it got wet. It happens but I am upset with their lack of ownership of the issue. They refuse to accept responsibility and as a result will not fix the issue. I will certainly not be going back and recommend the same to anyone who loves their clothing

I think that it may have changed ownership since most of these reviews were written? I’ve probably dropped off 15 shirts and 5 pairs of pants here every month for the past 6 months and have received them back in impeccable condition. They’ve handled a couple patches on pants where they’ve been knicked or worn through and the work has always been exceptionally well-​done. The shirts are always perfectly pressed, and I really like the guys working there. Also, they give a discount of ~10% on all non-​shirt cleanings for new customers!

I really liked their service! I cleaned a fragile coat, and they did a great job. I asked about how to take care of it and gave me confident advice.

Horrible cleaners. Brought shirts in to be cleaned and they came back with none of the stains removed. Asked for NO starch… shirts came back starched. Wouldn’t recommend.

This dry cleaning place is OK, but they really became too greedy to money. I needed to make my pants a little longer and make is bigger on my waist and they charged me $ 27! Just for this??? No, guys, I was nice, I was polite, I was your customer for 1,5 years, but not anymore. It is too much for me. If I live in Manhattan, it doesn’t mean that you can charge me tripled extra price of your services. NOWAY.
Highly recommend, do not use this place for dry clean.

Terrible service. They don’t do spot treatments… what the hell?! You’re a laundry service, that should be among the top things you do! And, as I was checking my receipt today from the last load of laundry, I noticed she charged me 50 cents more per dry cleaned item… my roommate mentioned that she had quoted her some ridiculous price to wash and hang dry items for which she only charged me $ 4.

Had an interview, needed my suit dry cleaned. Went to pick it up, the rude girl at the front who is always on the phone and filing her nails stated she couldn’t find it. I then ask if she can look a little harder and she said it could be at another location (advertised as all work done on premises). She states «this happens all the time I’m sure it will show up». Am told she’ll call me when found. I go back next AM (day of interview) and she says no suit in sight. I end up spending $ 600 on a new suit because of her. She was rude and not sympathetic. Other than that they’ve been average at best.

They do an ok job at cleaning my clothes. They never seem to get out any spots that I point out to them. Also the other day I dropped off my pants with 3 prescriptions from my doctor. I forgot to take them out and when I went ot pick them up they apparently lost them. I’ve been other dry cleaners where I actually left money in my pocket and it was returned to me. these guys lost my prescriptions! So overall an ok place just make sure you clean out your pockets

I’ve been using them for 2 years. quick turn around. always a good job My Shirts are always crispy clean, ironed and on a hanger.
at $ 1.75 per shirt, you just can’t go wrong…

They lost my pants, didn’t make any effort to recover them, tried to give me someone else’s pants

Holy Jesus. I just moved around the corner from this place and used them twice.
My new roommate swears by these cleaners and has used them for years.
That being said, the following story is not made up. I swear, it actually happened just yesterday.
I’m wrapping up a rehearsal at my place and quickly running over to Kim’s to pick up my dry cleaning to go to a friend’s gala. Recently, I lost a leather bracelet that I wore every day since I brought it a year ago. I feel naked without it.
I get there, and after giving the girl who’s the owner/​manager my credit card… I notice that she’s WEARING MY FRACKING BRACELET! (This bracelet is from a craft maker in New Orleans… so I know she didn’t just buy one nearby).
I point it out to her, and she seems agitated. She says to me that the guy in the back hanging suits «gave it to her», and that it used to be a part of his watch.
So I start arguing with her, saying that he definitely found it, that I obviously left it the day I dropped off my cleaning, and that it never ever had a timepiece on it. The girl just keeps trying her hardest to lie to me and get angry over it! Saying sternly «this isn’t your bracelet!». So I say to her «I’m getting my phone out right now. I’ll show you over a dozen pictures of me wearing it».
At this point other customers are walking in. So she gives in and says «ugh. do you really need it?»
WTF?!?
«Um… yea.»
So she takes it off and scoffs at me.
LOL, needless to say… I won’t be dealing with them again.
SHE’S THE FREAKING WOMAN FROM SEINFELD! THE DRY CLEANER WHO WEARS YOUR CLOTHES! IN THE FLESH!
So weird…

Though the service is friendly and they handle everyday items (sweaters, jackets, and tops) with finesse, that’s where their talent stops. I mistakenly trusted them with an expensive silk cocktail dress, that, upon first return, was coated in a filmy layer of scum. Given the chance to rectify their mishap, I returned to find my dress sad, limp, discolored, and completely ruined. The manager offered to pay the price of the dress, but since they can’t handle basic silk, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon. Or ever.
