Upon searching for an apartment for my college daughter in NYC, I could not have asked or been more lucky than having Trisha Pagliaro. From the first email to reach out to her to the follow up after signing the lease, I knew we were well taken care of and she could not have met all of our requirements any better. Trisha was an absolute delight and utmost professional in conducting business with. She found us exactly what we wanted in just a few short hours. Your time and money is well spent with Trisha Pagliaro. Being new to searching for an apartment in NYC I thought the experience would have been difficult but when you have someone like Trisha, it actually turned out to be very pleasant

We used Garden J. Hahn at this agency and she was terrific in finding an affordable apartment for our daughter and her roommate who were just starting jobs right out of college. We gave her a list of things we wanted and locations and she was able to find us a place that I feel will be safe and close to many amenities in the city. We did not get everything we thought we would get in an apartment (laundry in building) but the things we did get and the location were wonderful. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend Garden and Keller Williams.

No one likes paying broker fees, but I have to say Chris Clark was worth every penny. He listened to my 25 minute monologue of insane expectations on what I wanted, and somehow magically found me the perfect place on his first try. No other broker I was working with came even close to being so spot on, professional, kind and easy to work with. Thanks for everything!

My boyfriend and I were an unconventional case. He had been working abroad for six years (i.e. no tax return) and I was a grad student (i.e. little income). In fact, we had recently been told by a broker from another company that getting us into an apartment we wanted meant either obtaining a guarantor or paying the entire year upfront – both options we were not willing take. Jaded and dejected, we had just reentered the apartment search when stumbled upon Chris and his team. Their hard work, experience, and creative strategizing got us viewing great apartments within 24 hours and approved (with no uncomfortable stipulations) for the apartment of our dreams within 72 hours of initial contact. Chris, Frank, and Charles really put the personal touch back into customer service – taking our calls at all hours of the day and even helping us navigate nuances of our situation long after their official obligation had ended. My first conversation with the team ended with them telling me they looked forward to earning our business. That they did, and more. There are several apartment brokerage options in this city, but one would be hard-​pressed to find a group that is more diligent and service-​oriented. I recommend them highly and without hesitation.

Well, where do start? As challenging as the moving process is in NYC, Chris Clark went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible. Beyond that, he got us into our favorite apartment! Thanks again, Chris. His management of all the personalities involved was masterful, making all parties feel comfortable at all times. If we were to move again, we would certainly call them, however leaving this apartment is unlikely. I’ll certainly recommend this teams to other.

I lived in Connecticut for over 20 years, and moving back to New York city area, I found this agency led by Micheal Hseuh and Kelly Yang. they were very clear and precise and understood what i needed. Micheal Hseuh returned all my calls and was very informative. He had made arrangements for Kelly Yang to show me a few properties in the areas of my interest. She was very knowledgeable in this field and answered all my questions. I work long hours and recently had to assist in the 9 – 11 memorial ride, leaving me no time for myself. Now with the holidays here, Kelly Yang is still going above and beyond the call of duty to help me find my new home!!!

I do not recommend this agency. I was in contact with a woman named Irene. She was easy to get in contact with and reached out several times, though it was difficult to get through to me, so I thought all was going well. Before the viewing, I wrote to confirm the address and the realtor said it was correct. I had a difficult time finding the apartment because the address did not exist. I called her when I was in the vicinity and the realtor confirmed the address was correct again, but was short with me. I still could not find it so I called one more time wondering if the apartment existed. She said she saw me looking for the apartment down the street and to come inside. She hung up on me and went up to the apartment without seeing me in. I saw an open door in a building nearby, heard talking, and decided this might be the viewing. She was impersonal throughout the viewing. The apartment was dirty and over-​priced for what it was. I recommend you look elsewhere to someone who will give the correct information, treat you with patience, and not just looking for your money.

If you like to pay $ 200 – 300 a month in fees to work with this company, then do what you gotta do. For everyone else that not trying to spend an arm and a leg, keep it moving… The upfront cost is not that serious.
