TF Cornerstone’s sixth residential building on the Long Island City waterfront, 4610 Center Boulevard features spacious luxury apartments, sprawling outdoor space, breathtaking views and a family-​friendly community. Known for a sleek, modern design that curves around LIC’s famous PepsiCo sign, the 26-​story building was designed by the international award-​winning architecture firm, Arquitectonica.
