This place is kind of a hole in the wall but don’t be put off. My daughter’s iPhone 6s was fixed in ½ an hour and when there was s minor glitch, they replaced the glass all over again at no extra charge. We would definitely return. Great service.

Cant recommend this place highly enough. Had several problems which required time and Yun followed through on everything and had a 7 yr old Mac laptop running almost like new – much better than I ever believed possible. Prices are very reasonable too.

I broke the tip of my headphones off inside my headphone’s audio port, rendering both voice and listening inoperative. I sent KB a message via Unilocal asking for a quote, and within an hour or two Young got back to me with a quote which was 50% the price that many other shops quoted me. This was toward the end of the day, less than 2 hours before they were scheduled to close.
I walked down to his building and went up to his business’s office, which was easy to find. Young and his coworker were there and he was immediately able to start working on my request. He asked me to return in 20 minutes, which I did. He asked me to test the phone in his presence, and it worked like a charm. He took my credit card payment and I was on my way. Easy-​peasy. I would definitely recommend KB to others and will happily use them again for cell phone repairs.

Spilled coffee on my MacBook Pro (just a few drops too), and it fried my keyboard. Called around and this place was half of what others quoted (let alone the Apple Store!). Within 24hrs, these guys had replaced it and my MacBook is alive again. It would have been even quicker but they wanted to clean all the dust that my lazy ass hadn’t ever cleaned out.
Friendly, affordable and quick = me a happy camper. Very much recommended!

I was in town for the holidays and of course, I dropped my iPhone! Agh! The screen was cracked and the touch was a bit off. My phone is my life since it’s also my work phone so needless to say I was devastated!
A friend recommended Kevin at KB Network. Turnaround was quick, he took my call late Christmas Eve and was able to fix it the same day! Quick, friendly and honest! He not only fixed the screen but he cleaned it up and it’s better than new.
5 thumbs up! I am recommending to all my NYC friends and family and will definitely seek him out if I’m in a bind the next time I visit.

A friend referred me to go here after my phone cracked. The office was a little small but none the less, it didn’t keep me from getting a reasonable price and good service. It didn’t take too long, it was actually pretty quick. All in all, I’m a satisfied customer! Will be back here if I ever stumble into that situation again.

I have an old school iPhone (4s) not many places still have parts to fix the screen. He fixed my shattered screen for only $ 15. Quick turn around and quality work.
My only comment would be to make it easier to find this place.
