Love! Love! Love! This is a must stop on any visit to NYC/​Tribeca trip. Great bags, Italian leather, truly classic pieces you’ll wear forever.

Have always been a fan of Joy Gryson accessories. Have been following the brand since she left Marc Jacobs.
Love her overall aesthetic and vibe. Purchased one of the IIIBeCa bags for a grad gift and my sister loved it!

Being an ex-​New Yorker, I am dismay by what poor qaulity all around… I have been shopping this designer since the beginning and the products and the customer service has gone waaaay down. #1) her stuff is all made in CHINA with her hefty price tags– supposedly there is child labor in Italy so they switched to china manufactures… And there isn’t any child labor in China, right!!! Come on… Who are you fooling???- mentioned this to a few Italian friends and designers here in the US, they have never heard of this… Hmmm… #2). Products has gone down on leather material and hardware parts. The construction of the bag is done standard, we will see if it fall apart., design is good, practical and classic, so no change in here… But, what sold me on her bag wasn’t just the classic design, but also how rich, heavy and great quality of leather she used to use… NOT anymore! MADE IN CHINA!!!
Also, her sales are final sale, even thou, to my surprised when you buy a product thinking its going to be the same and you receive them with marks– no wonder they were on sale… You can’t return your poor quality made bag that was made in China, due to final sale…
So Anna, the store rep. sounds and voiced that she too loved, shall i rephrase this, loooved her stuff. For her, once upon time great quality and this is the reason why she works for her… Blah, blah, blah… this all crap of lie… she told me to send an email of my dismay and unsatisfactory… only to look to return her stuff and get my $ 550(2 bags, thought it was a great pirce, but to find ou, not so… Finding it on Gilt for much lower price for a 1 of my bags… and just didn’t think it was worth the price when made in china and rather have bought something else from another better quailty designer) With a bit of chip on her should, a slight attitude which I have no idea why you would for working at a not so high end store, when Prada doesn’t even give me attitude! Or let’s say louis Vuitton doesn’t give this unpleasant customer service! For some of Joy’s price, they should back up just like any great quality, high end store. But, be WARN, they do not, nor do they care! Once it’s out of their possession, they no longer care, it’s your problem if you are not satisfied! What happened to customer’s satisfaction!!! Not only has the quality but also the poor quality of customer service is what you buy at this store. So that email was told for me to write to Joy herself, said that they could do nothing for me. Which no respond to my email, I had to call them to see if they received my email and Anna, replied that they will not do anything for me, they can not… Which would have been a simple, «please return the bags and we will give you full refund. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases». But nope, they could care less. The answer was «we can’t do anything for you». Wouldn’t have been nice for Joy or anyone from the store to reply to my email. WOW!!!
I will no longer be buying from this designer. When I see Marc Jacobs, I will be sure to mention to him that it’s a good thing she’s branched out on her own for her lack of quality and attitude to fashion and customer service would surely ruin his reputation as a fashion designer.

Wonderful wonderful! I stopped into the store while visiting the city and I was so impressed with the range of bags, wallets, and accessories. The design is gorgeous as well as the construction. What really made the visit great though, was the outstanding customer service. I think the young woman’s name was Anna — she was knowledgable and easy-​going even though I made her take down a million bags from the wall so I could try them on. Thanks, can’t wait to come back!

Beautifully designed and well-​made purses. I love my Gryson Ruby bag; it’s an edgy yet classic design and great for exploring the city while carrying everything I need.
The customer service is excellent.
