Jai was great! I had a very positive experience working with her. She understood my stressful moving concerns and followed through with solid results. The goal was finding a nice clean and comfortable place for my dog and I. She didn’t waste any time and immediately hit the mark with the the places shown to me. (I can be quite picky) I would definitely recommend her to anybody. I felt she was sincere and enjoys what she does. Not pushy and an absolute pleasure to be around. Thanks Jai!

Jai is the first broker I’ve worked with in New York whom I actually trust! She is smart, knows a lot, has a good way of working with other brokers etc., and is willing to spend as much time as it takes. She is very oriented toward finding something that works for her client. Mostly, I just always believed she was telling the the straight story. I recommend her unconditionally.

Jai was such a great help! I was in a big rush with a lot of stress, but she was so sweet and helped me get through my situation. Jai helped us find our first apartment in NYC! She helped us narrow down a list of areas we wanted to look in and asked us to create a list of priorities we wanted in an apartment. Then when we met with her, she only showed us apartments that fit most or all of those requirements — including our very low budget.
Some of the other brokers we spoke with seemed smarmy, but Jai was very nice and sincere from start to finish. We felt that she looked out for our best interest and she worked very hard for us. She was able to weed out apartments which she knew had management companies with bad reputations — we never would’ve known that!
Jai was very energetic, helpful, supportive, and genuinely wanted us to find the perfect place. She was even more excited than we were when we signed the lease to our apartment!

The attribute of Jai that distinguishes her above all other brokers (at least the few I worked with) was that she was NOT pushy. This is huge; I was very comfortable working with her because she let me know the facts. She let me know if a deal was good and that I should move quickly. But this should not be interpreted as pushy, because the fact that those deals disappeared quickly are a testament to her knowledge and experience. But again, no pressure to sign or anything.
She worked very hard to stay within my budget and find apartments that I liked (not just price and location, but layout, amenities, etc.).
She was a great pleasure to work with and I will definitely be keeping her contact information.
