I have almost ten years of experience in psychotherapy and counseling in diverse settings. As a result, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including those with substance abuse problems, mental illness, criminal histories and all types of everyday issues. Call me for a free consultation.

Since I was a child, I’ve known that there is much more to life than what the five senses tell us. Having material possessions, praise from others or other outward markers of success often say little about our inner state and who we are. It’s how things are on the inside that really counts. For me, this was always obvious.

I began my journey pursuing music, but eventually realized that despite my love for it, this wasn’t how I could be most helpful. Sitting in front of a computer screen and doing web development work wasn’t fulfilling either, despite the nice salary that it brought.

After some soul searching and spending time overseas, I realized that psychology was what excited me. I was always very curious about who I am and did whatever I could to improve myself. In fact, I believe that self-​improvement is an endless journey. Through psychology, I found many tools with which I could help others and make a lasting difference in their lives.
