9÷10÷2015 — The mini iPad started acting funny around 3 months after the initial repair. It would type on its own and I wasn’t able to type some letters.
Since it is within the warranty period, they were able to repaired it for free! Make sure you have the original receipt since I took a picture of the receipt instead.
They stand behind their services! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I broke my iPhone 6 screen from dropping it in Italy. Saw this place close to my work and noticed it had 5 stars so why not. I walked in around 2pm and the tech was replacing an iPad screen. He immediately switched to work on my iPhone and did the necessary checks (volume, camera, wifi, etc.) before he could proceed. It literally took about 12 minutes or less! I watched the entire fix from every screw to every thing he disconnected. Seems more cost effective and faster than bringing to the Apple Store. I definitely recommend their service, especially phone screen replacement!

Great, quick, incredibly well-​priced service– I showed up 10 minutes before closing time and he still took me in, let me watch the entire process of fixing my poor iPhone screen and told me about every step he took. The 14 Wall Street location is a little odd– basically just a tiny room inside an anonymous corporate office– but it’s well worth the great service and fair price. Hopefully I won’t have to be back, but I know exactly where to go next time basically anything goes wrong with my phone.

Such great service! I was in and out in 25 minutes. The tech guy was smart and friendly and wiling to answer my questions. He made sure I tested everything on the phone before I left to make sure it was working. I highly recommend this place.

I have used these guys a couple of times to fix a couple of tablets. They are incredibly honest (one tablet they told me gratis was not able to be repaired); the other they got fixed perfectly in half the time they told me it would take. Their rates are reasonable, they stay in touch with you during the repair process and they get the job done. Highly recommended

Stellar, quick and affordable service here. Had a destroyed Galaxy 4s screen with broken digitizer and they were able to turn it around in an hour. Can’t say enough good things about the quality this team.

Cracking my screen was the worst and thinking of texting in constant fear of slicing my hand was not an option.

During one of my frequent spazz moments, my phone decided that it couldn’t even anymore, and thus, flung itself to the sidewalk. When it landed, it did so in such a fashion that the screen was all munched up n the corner, with spreading cracks across the glass, rendering ¾ of my screen completely useless.
Folklore says that, if you water damage your phone, you should leave it in a bowl of rice, and magical Asians will fix it for you while you sleep. I, however, had a broken screen, and didn’t think that the same sort of assistance could be summoned. So instead, I went on Unilocal,and I did a bunch of research — I read reviews, I messaged, I borrowed my roommate’s phone and called — before eventually deciding that I’d give this business with the cumbersome, non-​clever, completely literal name a try. They had the best reviews, and they were the lowest cost estimate I’d gotten.
As with any good, independent business (or magical place), finding it was a bit of a challenge. The location at 75 Nassau Street is really nothing but a table set up in a jewelry store (but if you are trying to find it and stop to admire cute shoes in the window of a De Janeiro shop right next to a Wendy’s, you’re in luck, because it’s right there on your left). Having trekked from Brooklyn into the shaded wilds of the financial district, I was pleased to find that I was in the right place after only one failed attempt. Clearly, the phone gods found me worthy to grant me audience.
Within this small jewelry store, a global village exists. There was an Eastern European-​sounding man eating roti. There was another woman there who looked Guyanese, and they both chatted amiably with a Jamaican customer. Behind the low table sat Mike. Whether or not he is a magical Asian is not for me to say, but he managed to fix my damaged LG G2 in about 30 minutes, for $ 109 (plus tax), and he’s fluent in at least two languages (English and Spanish). Also, since I am a shameless Kpop fan, the wallpaper and lockscreen app on my phone are full of photos of various Korean men, yet he did not smirk or lift an eyebrow or outwardly give me that «Judging You Extra Hard» look. Instead, he was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable.
If you have a problem with your phone, GO ON THE QUEST TO FIND THIS PLACE. Mike did excellent work on my phone, charged me less than anyone else was charging, was friendly and polite… I could go on, but that would be excessive. I’m getting an Otterbox for my phone, so I’m hoping that I won’t have to visit him again, but I am thrilled to recommend this business to others. (And despite the one or two naysayers on here, this is NOT a fake review, nor paid for, and I would be happy to verify it if you want to contact me here.)

I badly cracked both the front and back glass panels on my iPhone 4S. The team at this service responded first thing in the morning to the e-​mail I sent late at night. They quoted me a competitive price (a total of $ 75 for both panels) and directed me to the one of their several locations (14 Wall Street) that was closest to my home. When I arrived, the technician invited me to wait and watch while he repaired my phone. He also discovered several other minor problems, which he fixed at no additional charge. The folks at this place are both honest and expert at what they do. I would recommend this service to anybody who needs an iPhone repaired.

Came in today to have my Ipad Mini Fixed. Took a little over an hour and is working perfectly. Very reasonably priced. Friendly and honest service.
