They fixed a camcorder for me that nobody else could fix. It was a pricey repair (not sure how competitive their prices are for more usual repairs), but they were efficient and professional and got the job done VERY quickly. They have a policy of passing along the processing fee if you pay by cc, which is a hassle, but fair enough. I sometimes get nervous leaving equipment with whole in the wall places, but they were a total class act. I’d definitely go back.
