Wow. I have never had a better night sleep in my life! I just received my customized Helix sleep mattress and I am sleeping like a queen! The whole experience was awesome — first a visit to the Helix showroom, a couple of questions about how I sleep and Melanie set up my customized mattress right there! I received the mattress at my door and in an instant my old mattress was gone!

Visited a Helix showroom when they were set up in Philadelphia. The guys were able to walk me through the process and explain the importance of each of the metrics they used to build a bed which was very helpful. After I put my stats in they built a quick example based on their algorithm which I tried it out and really enjoyed.
I ended up buying a mattress a few weeks later for my home in Chicago and have been very happy with the experience. My girlfriend and I each have our own sides and you can definitely tell the difference. We’ve been sleeping great and couldn’t be happier.

I visited the showroom it was a great experience! The Helix team was super accommodating from start to finish. When I got there they walked me through the questionnaire to customize my personal mattress. After I got my results they explained the nuances of support vs elasticity and feel and let me try out the mattress that fit my results. They were really engaged and accommodating and never pushy (which I find SO annoying when I’m shopping) and when I got home I bought my new mattress online. The whole process was very fast and easy. I LOOOOOOOVE my new Helix mattress and I’m so so so happy I was able to checkout the showroom! Plus I didn’t mind that there was alcohol and cookies when I visited :).

I was so excited to get fitted for my new mattress at the NYC showroom. After filling out my sleep preference questionnaire, the team built my custom mattress so it was ready for me to take it for a test run. I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was. Can’t wait to get some good ZzZs once my order arrives. I’ll keep my post updated once the bed arrives. Keep up the good work, Helix!
