my experience with gym source was awesome!
from the start when i met Nigel in the store till the delivery it went smooth.
Nigel is very knowledgeable and can help you choose the right equipment, the selection is huge so you can find whatever you need form home gym to a real pro gym.
i built a nice gym to my office employees and every one that see it loosing his mind, its beautiful and answer every needs they may have. the prices are very good and there is always some sale going on.
the delivery was very good and they assembled every thing correctly and placed in the right place; ohh i forgot to mention that they had to carry it to a second floor walk and didn’t complain a bit! the guys worked hard, took their time making sure everything is working and in the right place.
i would use again and highly recommend.

I recently purchased a treadmill from Gym Source. I found their sales people to be extremely knowledgeable yet not overbearing at all. They spent a lot of time with me helping me make my own decision as to which would be the best treadmill for me.
Once everything was said and done, I scheduled my delivery with my salesperson who was able to accomodate my schedule, yet there was a window which was given (not unlike any utilities in NYC). The day before my deliver I received a call from their delivery department letting me know what time they would be arriving (a much smaller time window).
When the delivery men arrived, they were extremely professional. Once the treadmill was all set up (and they removed all trash from the box and the box itself), they proceeded to walk me through a demonstration on how to use the treadmill.
For anyone looking for a company that really cares about its customers, then Gym Source is the right place for you.

I bought a TRX here a while ago. I phoned ahead to make sure they had it and when I got there they had already brought it up to the cash register for me to pay for it.

HORRID! Stupid, arrogant, abusive salespeople and service department. Honestly it may rate as my WORST Customer Service experience ever. They missed their appointment, brought the wrong item when they did make the delivery, tried to deliver the right item another day (although I had cancelled the order in disgust) and then didn’t refund the delivery charges! When I complained they credited it without the tax. Only after another call did I get a full refund. OMG! Just the pits. Go somewhere else. They deserve negative stars.
