History

Established in 1976.

A love-​worn necklace or ring can offer a constant reminder of not just something beautiful but a beautiful life, too. And like a favorite photo, jewelry has that remarkable power to preserve special moments like nothing else.

It was this exact sentiment that inspired Carl and Milly Gandia to open Greenwich Jewelers in downtown New York City back in 1976. Today, Greenwich Jewelers continues to be a destination for one-​of-​a-​kind quality jewelry, and the Gandias’ daughters-​Jennifer and Christina-​are carrying on the traditions their parents began more than 30 years ago.

As co-​owners, the Gandia sisters are beautifully balancing the old with the new, upholding the ideals of quality and customer service Greenwich Jewelers was built upon, but also continually expanding the store’s vision and breadth of iconic hand-​picked jewelry.

Business Owner

Co-​owners Jennifer and Christina Gandia are the daughters of founders Carl & Milly Gandia.

Having formerly worked in marketing for luxury fashion and beauty brands, Jennifer’s eye for distinctive design extends to Greenwich Jewelry’s finely curated collection of designers, limited-​edition lines, and special pieces. Christina, who transitioned from finance to designer jewelry lines now shares in the growth and direction of Greenwich Jewelers.
