Had my diamond stud earrings reset here. They were quick and helpful. Nancy was great and gave me advice as to what would look best with the stone. This is a super nice and professional jewelry store and I felt comfortable leaving my earrings there!

I found this little gem downtown looking for a replacement watchstrap. The entire staff and especially Nancy were so welcoming and helpful. My watch is from my late grandfather and I wanted to find something to match the existing strap. Nancy helped (and went out of her way) to contact the manufacturer of the original strap, ordered the replacement, and communicated everything promptly. Is less than a week I have a great new strap and very satisfied with the superb customer service. As a plus, the product was a very reasonable price! Highly recommend DeNatale. They are friendly, personal, and polite. Thank you for your help!

I had a great experience with DeNatales when they resized a ring that another jeweler had had a lot of trouble with. It fits perfectly, was done within 2 days, and very reasonably priced.
I ended up browsing their store and really liked their selection. Everyone was so friendly and service was excellent.

My (now) fiancée and I had a great experience with DeNatale Jewelers. Like some other reviewers, we had an antique, family ring that we wanted to use as our engagement ring, and we needed to do some heavy resizing (my fiancée’s hands are pretty tiny — size 4).
Based on the reviews on Unilocal,we decided to go with DeNatale and were very happy all around. The staff there were helpful and friendly. They were confident that they could resize the ring, even though other jewelers told us that it may lead to some crookedness, and they delivered — and quickly. We got the ring back within two days. And the resizing ended up being cheaper than anything we were quoted elsewhere.

I know a business with primarily 5-​star reviews can be sort of fishy, but at least with my experience i am not surprised they have all 5s. I do not live in America so i thought it would be a huge hassle to purchase and ship a ring from the states. Jim was extremely helpful and understanding through the process when there were a few small bumps in the road. Though the entire transaction and all conversation was through email, it felt very personable. Today i picked up the ring at the post office and it looks better than i could have imagined. I feel as though i got a high quality product at an excellent price. I would absolutely recommend DeNatale!

I highly recommend DeNatale. I brought an antique engagement ring to be restored and resized, and they did an incredible job. I have also stopped in for a watch battery and other small jobs over the past couple years. The staff are always professional, quick, and reasonably priced. This is a jeweler that you can trust.

My experience with DeNatale Jewelers was more then words could say. My grandfather bought my grandmothers engagement ring there in 1929. The ring has been passed down to me. I went back there in April to have her ring fixed and resized and John was amazing. He opened the store for me on a Saturday, since I live hours away, and he was so interested in the history of my ring and was so honored that I chose to come back to them to have it fixed. Not only did they do a beautiful job restoring her ring, but the price as well was so decent. I love this store and will be going there for my wedding band as well. This family truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond and jewelry store!!! Thank You John and the entire DeNatale Family!

My fiancé entrusted DeNatale’s with his great grandmother’s ring that is now my engagement ring. He asked them to put in new diamonds and they did a beautiful job.
They are now resizing my great grandmother’s wedding band that is engraved from 1896. They were very up front that the engraving may be blurred and talked me through why and how they could match the engraving style if it needs to be cleaned up.
John and other staff are professional and have been wonderful to work with.

This place has amazing choices to choose from and if they don’t have what you want, they’ll work with you! The sales reps are warm, welcoming and most definitely not snobby (a lot of jewelers are!!!). If there is something they can’t do, they’ll reach out to others and get it done at a better price than you’d get it yourself.
I trust them completely and I would go here to get my jewelry at anytime!

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical of these 5-​star reviews but after my interaction today I completely understand.
I work in the Financial District and was desperate to have my new watch resized. Unfortunately most high-​end jewelry stores only service their own pieces, and many hole-​in-​the-​wall places were difficult to get in touch with or had bad reviews.
When I called DeNatale on a whim, not only did a real human answer the phone to inform me that they did in fact service outside watches, they asked further questions such as the brand of the watch in order to see if they could adjust it rather than having me come in and potentially waste my time.
So the next day I brought the watch in, had it adjusted without issue, and was treated like a million-​dollar customer, even though I’m sure they could tell by my watch that I most certainly was not.
Oh, and they support Jewelers for Children. All-​around very satisfied, and while I hope I don’t have any watch-​related issues in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to DeNatale.

Although I have not made a jewelry purchase from DeNatale (yet), I’ve used them for repairs and have been nothing but pleased with the service. I initially found them when I was looking for a jeweler to replace a battery in my fiancé’s watch. They explained that it required a special tool and they would need to send it to their watch repair specialist and it would be ready in a couple of days. They were quick to call me when it arrived (dropped it off Monday afternoon, it was ready first thing on Thursday morning) and the service was excellent — and, at $ 10, very reasonably priced. When the battery died in his other watch shortly thereafter, I had a nearly identical experience. Based on the care with which they treated the first watch, I felt comfortable giving them my favorite necklace for repair (there’s a hoop on the pendant that had come apart and needed to be soldered back together). The service was quick (less than two business days) and I was very pleased with the outcome (it looks great and it’s definitely not coming apart again any time soon) and, at $ 25, the price. I’ll definitely be using DeNatale again in the future!

Simply the best — the best pieces and the best customer service. I bought my wife’s engagement ring here and it was just such a wonderful experience that we’ve been coming back for 10 years now. And it doesn’t matter who you’re dealing with, everyone who works here is professional, courteous and gives you individualized attention.

Makes me feel old to think I’ve been working with the DeNatale’s for over 35 years! Quality is wonderful, prices are very good, but the thing that keeps you coming back for years is SERVICE. It doesn’t matter where you live – they make it easy to work with them. Jim’s my go-​to guy, but John and Bob are wonderful as well. Can’t miss when you work with these folks.
