This burger was surprisingly good and the sweet potato fries were phenomenal. I had the BLT burger and it was flavorful and not dry. The fries were salted perfectly. I will definitely get this again when they are parked nearby. My only request is that they rethink their to-go packaging because the paper tray with no top in a brown paper bag with open handles is not great for keeping food hot in winter. My food was only slightly warm by the time I made it back to my office 3 blocks away.

UPDATE Not sure if the BLT saw my review, but Nicole from the PR team reached out after seeing a tweet to Go Burger Truck. She was extremely friendly and was quick to reinforce the customer service I was used to from all BLT establishments. Nicole explained that the Truck staff was wrong, the issue has been addressed, and everyone who received the certificate can redeem at the Truck if desired. I haven’t tried to redeem again, but crossing fingers that it’ll work. Thanks Nicole! — — — — — — — — — — — — – Oh, Go Burger. What a disappointment. I was one of the lucky ones who drew the GOLDBurger Pot o’ Gold certificate during the St. Paddy’s promotion. The truck was finally in the area today and I was excited to redeem. When I presented the certificate, I was told that it cannot be redeemed at the truck because they can’t swipe card stock, but I can always go to any other BLT establishment to redeem. That makes absolutely no sense. The certificate specifically says«This gift card entitles you to have a great time at Go Burger Bar & Grill or the Go Burger Truck.» If it is in writing on a certificate that was given out to multiple people, Go Burger needs to live up to it and allow patrons to redeem. If it is a misprint, own up to it and don’t fault patrons for mistake the marketing team made. For all I know, if I try to redeem at any brick and mortar(ie, BLT Fish), management can refuse to accept the certificate because it specifically says the Bar & Grill or the Truck. When mentioned that this incident will result in a bad review, the response was«Ok, you do that.» It’s definitely a shame that customer service does not match up to the quality of the food. This review probably won’t even be seen by management since their staff do not care if negative reviews are written up. . P. S. The certificate also says«One Hundred Dollars» followed by $ 25. Marketing and promotional double fail.

First time at the Go Burger truck run by BLT in the Flatiron District. I got the BLT and onion rings. The BLT was so juicy, the burger was nicedly done, and even the lettuce was yummy. The onion rings might be the best I have ever had. Going back again soon.
