Gill Chowdhury comes from an entrepreneurial background. His father is a writer and published his own scuba diving magazine. Gill grew up attending trade shows and learned the art of selling and marketing early on. He moved to the city to attend Baruch college in 2006 and began working in retail sales as soon as his 18^th birthday came. He excelled in sales at Victoria’s Secret and then began working at Bloomingdale’s shortly after. Hitting his ceiling very quickly Gill decided to turn his eyes towards an industry with no limit. Hence his real estate career began in 2010.

Gill’s motto is to provide hands-​on, friendly service and consistent professional contact throughout a client’s real estate search. He focuses on offering his clients the highest level of hospitality while meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.

A native New Yorker, Gill grew up in Astoria, Queens. Having been through the apartment search process many times himself, he brings personal familiarity and empathy to all of his dealings. Gill is an excellent listener and negotiator whose main mission is to make the entire real estate experience positive and rewarding. As someone who has moved over seven times in the past seven years, he can empathize with the challenges that face today’s NYC residents and takes pride in making the experience of finding an apartment a smooth and efficient one. Gill’s dedication, tenacity and experience allow him to provide expert advice that lead to the closing table and his clients getting the keys to the property they want.
