The Law Offices of Charles R. Conroy, PLLC has been created by Immigration Attorney Charles R. Conroy to help clients around the World with any type of immigration-​related matters.

Mr. Conroy’s primary practice area is immigration and nationality law. He represents clients before U.S. Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Appellate and District Courts. He also represents non-​citizens seeking asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, and adjustment of status in Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. In Federal Courts he represents clients with regard to petitions for review, direct appeals from federal district court decisions, complaints for declaratory judgment and injunctive relief, mandamus actions, and petitions for habeas corpus. He handles affirmative asylum applications, petitions for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and applications for adjustment of status and naturalization before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. A previous corporate lawyer he knows the needs of businesses and their employees who are seeking assistance with employment-​based visas and adjustment of status.
