Future Limo

We just used Tom and his crew at Future Limo during our trip to New York and New Jersey. The Team was prompt, attentive and provided TOP NOTCH services. Booking was easy and it was a pleasure to speak to Tom when booking and needed during the stay. The best part of the service was/​is constant communication and personal attention! I highly recommend the guys at Future Limo!

Amazing service! Ted in Cincinnati was just outstanding as a driver and a person, and Tom from NY was making sure everything went smoothly, that we had all the info Ted’s contact details before the trip. 5 star, without a doubt!

Great experience. Scheduling took just a few minutes and they were able to accommodate us for a pick up just a few hours later at JFK. Our driver was waiting for us at the terminal when we arrived. The price was very fair, especially for rush hour and also included tax and tip.

We need urgently for Shuttle service from JFK and need to PA and which s 100 miles from JFK, friend refer to Future Limo and Tom and Mike provide great service and we had Joe as our driver and the experience is wonderful.
They also have good high tech version and with update driver information.
My suggestions, if you have business travel they provide reasonable price and 5 star service, the best thing they have app version and with track up and they are very detail and professional.

I am an exec assistant and I book ground transport regularly for my team of professionals. I tried Future after I had a particularly trying week arranging ground transport (Obama was in town) and the vendor I had been using failed to keep up. Future keeps up.
Mike and Tom are nothing short of fantastic to deal with on the phone and email — detail-​oriented (when I book reservations that seem out of the ordinary, they check-​in to confirm), responsive (I’ve gotten emails back so fast, it would be more accurately described as IMing), and above all, helpful and confident so you know when they say someone is going to be there to pick up your boss, someone is going to be there to pick up your boss. Even if the Pope or Obama or a gaggle of foreign dignitaries are in town.
Even though they are based in New York, when my team travels and requests ground transport in, «not New York», Future has been able to help with these requests.
The reservation platform running their website was recently upgraded, but both this new platform and their former system has always made it easy to book rides and then track and file expense reports.
I was considering not posting this as I consider Future to be my secret weapon, but they really are great and should be praised! PUBLICALLY!

I would love to review the service but I never rec’d a quote or reservation from the online inquiry. Attempted to call but the number is always busy. I normally would have just ignored this and booked with someone else, but I noticed other customers reported the same issues posted here on Unilocal

Arrived early and provided a smooth, clean ride from the Gramercy neighborhood on Manhattan to the Newark International airport. Highly recommended and will use again.

I was researching car companies this morning and I was referred to Future Cab by another five star car company I’d called (they only serve Nassau County).
So I tried calling and got the automated service three times. To my surprise, five minutes later Tom, the owner, called me back. He explained that he was unable to answer my call because, get this, he was driving!!! Sounds like a The kind of driver I would trust with my life.
And here’s the thing. He told me right up front that his service was more expensive than his competitors and then referred one to me!

i missed NY so much and i think i missed every human there)) so when i arrived I called Future Cab to take me home and wasn’t disappointed. my chaufeur and my car was really great present because they both were awesome. today I give solid 4 stars for this company. thanks!

DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Messaged this firm asking them for a quote for an airport pick up. Gave them all the details and waited for a response. They saw the message but did not bother to even reply! Really disappointing first impression of a company. Extremely frustrating to do so much research and then they just let you down at the first hurdle. Definitely will not be trusting them with my airport pick up if they cannot even be bothered to reply to a potential customer who asks for a quote. If they are not that bothered about obtaining customers I will take my business somewhere else. I heard Über are good? It’s a shame for them as my sister has just moved to N. j and were looking for a reliable company to use for our regular trips… Obviously this is not that company.

I did some research on Unilocal because my husband and I needed a fast and reliable way to get from Central NJ to JFK airport. I read the reviews and decided to request a quote. I received a quote within a few minutes. I called them with my flight info and spoke to Mike. He was very pleasant and patient. He also informed me that the flight # on my itinerary was not correct which I didn’t even notice until he mentioned it. Today (the day of our reservation), I received an email with my reservation info incl. the driver’s name, the type of car he was driving and even the license plate #. I was grateful at how organized and informative Future Cab is. I then received a text message when he was on his way and when he arrived. Mike was very pleasant in person and professional. He made conversation with us and was a safe driver. I will highly recommend Future Cab. A++++

Requested a quote online on Wednesday, received an email right away that they would review my trip and send quote shortly. 2 days later I still didn’t hear back so I emailed to follow up on the quote. Again got an email saying they would send me a quote soon. 1 day later still no quote and the day of our trip. Moral of the story… just use an Über.

I research the hell outta things… And on my most recent trip to NYC, my Unilocal searching was on FIRE!!! Dissecting every review to the T.
Going to an unknown place on a tight schedule, I absolutely have no time for error, bad customer service or discrepant shady pricing…“Ain’t nobody got time for that”!!!
I researched about five car services and what blew me out of the water with Future Cab, was the upfront clarity in pricing and HONESTY of my driver. The price that is stated is solid and the same every time for the same trip. On my last ride with Future Cab, during my trip to the airport, I had accidentally entered a double tip (40 bucks!) and the driver immediately called me and texted me to let me know possibly if I may have made a mistake! Within five minutes my error was rectified and my driver sent me a screen shot to show the correction! Honesty… That’s what I’m talking about!!!
On this trip, I had to be a bunch of different places within short time frames… I felt like I had a friend in the driver seat… always there amidst the obscurity of this trip. The leather seats and plush luxury helped a bit too… Future Cab Yo!
P. S. Don’t let the word Cab in the name of Future Cab fool you… this ain’t no yellow cab…

When my daughter decided to go to school at NYU, we discovered Future Cab and have appreciated how easy they’ve made it for us, living in Washington State, to get her reliably to/​from airports, and for us parents when we go visit her.
I like how they track flights, have the driver arrive 30 min prior to pick up, cars are always clean and comfortable, and the drivers very professional — the drivers are truly great. Oh, and I wouldn’t be typing this if we didn’t think there rates were reasonable.
We’ve used Future Cab’s services many times and will continue to use them for all of our car service needs — they do a great job!

Driver sent me a text when he arrived 15 – 20 minutes early. I told him I would try to get down there sooner, he told me not to rush, he’d just hang out downstairs. Took a great route from the WTC to JFK. Brand new car, recently cleaned. Water bottles in case we needed. Just enough conversation, and a great trip. Glad we finally found a car service we liked.

Would give it zero if I could. The dispatcher was very helpful on a snowy day told me that he’d see if someone could do local service. After several calls back and forth, found someone to take me 2.5 miles for 25 $. The guy calls up my cellphone 40 mins early saying he shouldnt be made to do a local job, but I’m a physician and had to get to the hospital. I told him give me 5 minutes or so and came down in13 mins and he had LEFT. after showing up 40 MIN EARLY. Called several times no one picked up. unprofessional.

Had to find a car service at 1am on a Friday night/​Sat morning when I missed my 730 pm flight out of EWR because NJ Transit was running hourlong delays and more, and got put on a 6 am flight out of JFK. Realized a bit late that LIRR doesn’t run then and taking the A to JFK might have been a tragicomedy of epic proportions at 4am.
Called one company before Future Cab, he said all their drivers were asleep and wouldnt be able to confirm. Tried Future, got a prompt response from Tom about checking in with the drivers and calling me back. Sure enough, within 10 min, got a response and a driver! Driver showed up early (335am for a 4am request) and said no rush — quoted fare was a little higher than UberX’s max price of $ 64, but was def reasonable since it was a black car, the driver was licensed and super professional, and the car was nicely kept and clean. All the things you want out of a car service traveling as one tiny Asian girl solo late at night (ok, if it was at a bargain price it’d be 5 stars but I know people gotta make their living somehow).
They take credit card via Square, and pre-​quote you the cost, including tip, which is definitely nice for avoiding sticker shock.
Would definitely recommend a try if you’re in a pinch, and I’m definitely going to use them again in the future if I’ve got a flight or destination at a weird hour!

Amazing service I stood on the corner of fifth and 46 during rush hour and could not help a minivan so I got on Unilocal and glad to find this Jen who ride but 15 minutes later I know we probably locked out but it was still amazing

There was a mix-​up and some further miscommunication at the airport and our car was late (no fault of the driver).
So we had to über to westchester from JFK, as we had to get to a wedding and didn’t have any time to waste.
Fredy, one of the owners of Future Cab made it right though– he offered us a complimentary return trip to offset the earlier mix-​up. When he didn’t have any drivers available at the time we needed to go, he drove us himself.
When a company makes an honest mistake, and then makes it right, it really erases the mistake. Customer service goes a long way and Fredy and Future Cab are all about that.
