Fede Photography

Fede is fantastic! He took photos of my 6 month old son, and also photos of our family on a Sunday morning. My husband was a little hesitant about the idea because he doesn’t love posing for photos. Fede was fast and efficient and made the whole experience painless and even enjoyable! We had our photos in less than 3 days and they are gorgeous! We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fede also photographed my brother’s wedding (which is how I knew of him for this shoot) a couple of years ago. That experience was also fast, efficient and fun! And my brother and sister-in-law’s photos are just beautiful. They treasure them and always will.

My wife and I used Fede back in May for our wedding. From start to finish he was amazing! Such a true professional and it really shows in his work. From our engagement photos to our wedding day him and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Organized and on point they really made the experience a fun and memorable one.

There are so many good things to say about Fede, and Sarah who worked as our second photographer for our wedding. They were both highly professional and paid very close attention to detail. They worked tirelessly throughout our entire day and interacted very well with all of our guests. They were also very unintrusive – Fede took gorgeous photographs throughout the ceremony without blocking the view of our guests. Fede is very good-​humored and helped me feel comfortable and at ease on this high-​pressure day. As for the photographs, Fede is very good at capturing the happiness and joy of the wedding and our guests. Our photos are beautiful and everyone looks very happy. I am extremely pleased with all of my pictures and Fede’s rates are very reasonable, especially because he does such good work. I highly recommend that you hire Fede for your big day! I found him right here on Unilocal,and everyone gave me the looks but as soon as I saw his portfolio I knew he was the one.
Let’s just say he’s not afraid to «bend the rules/​laws» in order to get that perfect shot. He’s very experienced but still hasn’t lost that raw passion, which in quite difficult to find nowadays. You can tell he really loves what he does.
I had problems with the florist and limo, but Fede not only took outstanding photos but also kept me sane thru it all. Talk about multitasking.
We received our photos in a timely manner, and were stunned by the end result.
In conclusion, if you’re looking for someone to take photos that go beyond the norm AND won’t break your budget, look no further. I guarantee you wont regret it.

We haven’t even gotten to the photography session yet and I can already tell Fede is going to be a great decision! We are planning to take advantage of the fall foliage and Fede had some great advice on which dates we should choose and the time of day. He also had great insight on locations I hadn’t even thought of. Also, when it comes to pricing, we searched quite a bit for a reasonable rate, and Fede has the most competitive pricing in the area. Can’t wait to work with him and I know our photos will turn out great!

We found Fede after reviewing many websites. We had an engagement shoot and wedding photography & videography. We got our pictures and videos within the time frame (2 months). We highly recommend Fede Photography, because we believe he is a true artist and a seasoned wedding photographer.
More specifically, I am going to start with his strengths, which include his work and willingness to do so much until he gets what he wants. I just finished reviewing all the pictures, and I love so many of them. He really captured the emotions and movements. He was also great with people in my wedding party. He noticed breast pumps for my BM and he immediately put her at ease by sharing how many kids he has and he would photoshop any mishaps! Fede also has NO problem telling you and other people what to do, which I appreciated. He will not shy away from directing you to «fake talk» amongst yourself and make you laugh with his own «ha-​ha-​ha-​I-​am-​so-​pretty» model walking. He also respected my wish (make sure videographer is not blocking the view, get a picture of X, etc). Lastly, he worked with the budget for our small wedding. He captured 100% of our 60 guests, which is impressive!
Keep in mind that no service provider is absolutely perfect and there were other factors that went into play. So here are somethings I noticed. First off, he was 30+ mins late to our initial meeting and engagement shoot. He did apologize and compensated us with extra shooting time. It was hard because I was always 15, 30 mins early, so waited a long time… Also, on the day of, there were some power dynamic playing out with our day-​of-​coordinators… my reaction was like, wtf, sort it out amongst yourself. To be honest, I was a bit biased toward Fede as I knew if I let him do things his way, we would get better photos, which we did.
Considering everything, if we were to do it over, we will happily book his service again. If you are considering his service, definitely book a consultation!
UPDATE: He also did some minor additional work for us after we got the pics/​video within a good amount of time!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Federico and his team of photographers! My pictures are outstanding and should be in a magazine! The quality and the way they captured the emotion and special moments, blew me away. Very professional, reliable and extremely friendly and accommodating. Federico and his assistant fit right in with our guests and made everyone comfortable. People are still asking me about him! Having a winter wedding, I took a risk with getting some amazing outdoor shots with the NYC skyline. This was not a problem for Fede… it was freezing and he not only got PERFECT photos, he did it with a smile and made everyone forget that we were all frozen! lol
HE is the best… I couldn’t be happier and recommend him to any bride who wants perfect and unbelievable pictures! Thank you Fede Photography for capturing the best moments of our big day!!!

Fede did an excellent job at the wedding and I want to give him a stellar review. I already have my photographs and absolutely love the way that they came out. We have received so many compliments from people on the pictures and the way that he captured all of the moments. Aside from the great quality of his work, Fede was very professional and easy to work with. My whole family loved him. He was very friendly and easy-​going and this made working with him a pleasure. I ended up using Fede for engagement session (highly recommended to get comfortable with being photographed), wedding photography, photo booth and a last minute addition videography (best decision ever)…so essentially all if his services haha!
We loved everything about this man. He is everything you can ask for out of a vendor and so much more. He was responsive, professional, fun, creative, personable, flexible, sweet and so amazing at his job. He showed up early and stayed through the whole evening (late night!) and was just such a pleasure to work with. Fede worked magic to capture all the love we have for one another… finding sweet moments to photograph when we didn’t even know we were being watched. Fede actually climbed a tree at one point in order to jiggle the branches of a cherry blossom tree to create the effect of flowers falling in the wind… so awesome. I feel like I relive the day over and over again each time I look at the photos.
Our wedding video (especially the 5 min highlight) is one I will treasure forever and will show it to whoever will watch it! Makes me cry every time. All of his work is a true testament to his creativity and ability to tell a love story through candid photos (as opposed to posed)…of course we took some of those too.
I would certainly recommend Fede to any and all of my family and friends. I will feel so happy when I get to see Fede at a wedding that I recommended him for!

It has been a few months since Fede photographed our special day and he was nothing short of magnificent. We took our engagement photos with him a couple years back and were very pleased with the quality, customer service and his pricing. He showed up to my hotel the day of our wedding to snap photos and quickly headed to the ceremony venue to take snaps of the groom’s party. All 900+ of our photos were GREAT and we are so thankful to have had him with us.
He is a very personal man who is down-​to-​earth and yields the best quality of work I have ever seen. He doesn’t overbook so you will have him for the time you need. Definitely go with him as his rates are reasonable and end result better than most of these companies that charge an arm and a leg.

Fede came recommended by our venue, Maritime Parc in Jersey CIty, and we engaged him and his team for both photography, videography, and engagement photos. Not only were the pictures so full of life, capturing both the beauty and the atmosphere of the wedding and the video shoot done with top level of professionalism, but his team were also operating perfectly in sync with the wedding. Fede is extremely fast, so it never becomes a formality, but a fun, integral part of the wedding. He eyes photo opportunities, angles, light, background that few people can see. The team worked tireless for ten hours with high energy and passion. The result is truly stunning.
The engagement pictures were awesome, and a highly recommended add-​on to the wedding package. The composition of the New York setting with the happiness of our upcoming marriage was captured perfectly, and again it was really a fun, relaxed experience, which was clearly reflected in the pictures.
