I have been trying for years to find someone to treat my Sebaceous hyperplasia. I have been discouraged by many Dermatologist and skin care professionals. I finally found Tiffany. After the first treatment I saw significant results. After each treatment my skin is my h better. She is so easy to talk with and I find each. visit more and more enjoyable. I would recommend her highly. She is the ultimate professional while making you feel comfortable and relaxed. You will always be in good hands with Tiffany. She is caring and understanding. I wish everyone in my life was like her. If you care about your skin, go to see Tiffany. It will be the best Investment in your health and appearance you could ever make.

I have super sensitive skin prone to breakouts and have always been nervous to trust anyone with it. Lisa put me at ease and did the most incredible job with choosing the right facial for me. It was a very relaxing experience, and very thorough — the next day, I couldn’t BELIEVE how amazing my skin looked! And a week later, it’s still glowing. Smooth, soft, with a significant reduction in pore size. I’m so impressed. Can’t wait to go back.

I found Tiffany through a mutual friend who raved about her and I feel so lucky that I did! Tiffany’s facials are as good as it gets. Her extractions are super thorough and the results last for weeks after I leave her. I work in the skin care industry and had been searching for an Aesthetician to see on a regular basis. My search is over and Tiffany is my girl! I just left my second appointment and my skin is even better than after the first. Lisa is amazing and so nice. She knew exactly what my skin needed and my skin was glowing when I left. She is so knowledgeable and really customized my facial so that I would get the best result possible. I have very sensitive, red skin and she used products that were really soothing and took the redness away. She also took the time to discuss my goals for my skin and nothing felt rushed. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I can’t wait for my next facial!

Look no further if you are searching for a place to get facials! After trying numerous different spas in NYC to help get my breakouts under control no where helped or seemed to understand my skin. Lisa was amazing! She first talked with me about my skin and what I was trying to achieve, which I really appreciated. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. The facial itself was great, and Lisa was super thorough on all of my extractions which sometimes has been rushed in places I’ve gone in the past.
After the facial my face feels much better and so soft! She gave me a bunch of samples of her recommendations — one of which I did end up purchasing after using. She really tailors the facial and her advice to your specific skin and concerns. The customer service between both Lisa and Tiffany in making appointments and following up with you after the facial is also fantastic! You will be extremely happy you came here – they really know what they are doing!

Believe the hype! My bf bought me a Unilocal gift certificate. I used it to get the fusion facial. Lisa did my facial. She was great and cleaned my face so good. I had tons of blackheads on my nose. She was also gave great advise to help me keep it clean. The place is small but nice. I had no issues with the set up. Don’t give up if no one answers your phone call when you try to reserve an appointment. Leave a message and they will get back to you asap. Also emailing them works better!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Let me start by saying I have sensitive, diva antics, African American skin. It’s a cozy residential type of business, not a spa factory like some other places. (Yes, shade) I’m used to going to spa factories and very funny about letting anyone touch my face (aka, The Moneymaker), but Lisa– think it was Lisa, brunette, was AH-​mazing. What I really love about the place in general is the attention to detail, right down to a pretty bathroom complete with poo-​pouri! You really feel like you’ve come to a place where someone wants to to take care of you and really knows what they’re doing and it’s not just some big corporation trying to get your money. I had the lift and peel and normally I’d have gone to two different locations for those services but was thrilled that I could do both at the same time. She was extremely gentle and I was so relaxed. There’s a warming bed and soothing music. My skin is extremely sensitive and I was not red at all after! My. Skin. Looked. Amazing. Seriously, I was blown away. I will absolutely be back and I recommend this place hands down!

Tiffany is phenomenal. Her dermaplaning is not only the best deal in the city (given all the extra treatments and small perks she throws in), but also the best quality. When I’ve done dermaplaning and facials at other places in the past, I’ve tended to find aestheticians to be lacking either in focus (e.g., missing spots and ignoring small details) or in bedside manner (i.e., so type A/​focused that they end up stressing me out more than relaxing me!). Not the case with Tiffany. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented, but she’s also very thoughtful and soothing. Definitely going back in the future!

I’ve been coming to Fusion Spa for years, when it was previously located in a hotel around 34^th st. The current location is right near Columbus Circle, which is convenient. I’ve had facials from Tiffany & Lisa, but I consistently return to Lisa Shannon. She is so knowledgable about most product lines (high end and lower, and organic/​natural as well as more medical lines), & she has the perfect touch-​which is so important with facials & massage. Lisa also has a chill/​calming vibe that is exactly what I want when I step in from my hectic day. Unlike most spas I’ve been to, she’ll spend as much time with you as your face needs, rather than rushing or skipping things, so I never feel rushed here. Just make sure you plan more than an hour if your face needs it. The bed in the room is soooo cozy too-​sometimes I wish I could book it longer to take an extended nap!

My 17 year old son went here yesterday, and was very impressed by Tiffany’s knowledge. He was happy that she explained what she was doing, and he had confidence in her ability.
He also commented on how beautiful her skin was, and that she seemed to practice what she preached when it came to skincare.
He has already told me that he will be going back!

I cannot say enough good things about Fusion Spa. I have been going every few months for over two years now, and every time I go Tiffany does wonders to my face. The spa is located in an office building by Columbus Circle, very easy to get to. The space is cozy and zen, and you will feel relaxed as soon as you come in. Tiffany is just amazing. It’s very easy to book an appointment with her, and she always tries her best to work around your schedule, even if it’s last minute. She takes genuine interest in her clients, always taking notes on the products you use, your diet, your routine, etc. And she always remembers even the most random details. She recommends some products that she sells at the spa but never pushes them on me, and she usually gives me some samples so I can try them out first. I never have a set treatment that I want to get when I go, I trust Tiffany completely to do whatever she thinks it’s necessary at the time and she’s always spot on.
Whatever facial/​treatment I get is always 5 stars. The whole experience is very easy and relaxing. Tiffany provides you with a clean towel that you can change into, the room is always warm, and she makes sure you’re always comfortable. The background music a great complement to the experience, allowing me to really let myself go and enjoy the moment. None of the treatments have been painful, even the extractions. Although the extractions can be uncomfortable at times, Tiffany is a pro at getting them out seamlessly and never digs too deeply. She also walks you through the whole treatment, always letting you know what’s coming next and what it should feel like. After we’re done, my skin always looks and feels amazing, and I feel like a whole new person.
Fusion Spa really is a wonderful place where you can get personalized service, excellent and reasonably priced treatments, and an esthetician who cares about you. Highly recommend it!

Tiffany is excellent at what she does and has years of experience as well! Her skin is flawless and she is gorgeous! Having a Esthetician who walks the walk and talks the talk is a real deal in my book!

The facial I selected was due to traveling for a few months and was much needed! I’m so glad I came here over the other salons in NYC. She was recommended to me by another Esthetician in NYC due to this Esthetician’s schedule of being on vacation at the time when I needed an appointment. It says something when other Estheticians recommend another in the business!
I’m so glad I booked my facial with Tiffany! She is so thorough and really went above and beyond to address any concerns and areas that I had on my face due to traveling.
She went over every pore and took care of a stubborn milium that was on my upper eyelid area as well! She found a few more milia on my cheekbone and made them disappear! I’m impressed with that skill work!
She even does the inside and around of the ears, too! Talk about being thorough! She found a blackhead in the crevice/​upper part of my ear that NO ONE has ever touched or seen before till her! It was probably there for years but she took care of it!!! I know that sounds gross to some but to me, that’s attention to detail! I appreciate it!
She spent extra time for the much needed extractions to unclog my pores and she did so with precision and ease! I enjoyed my facial and my skin has too! The products she uses, of which I use personally at home, were fantastic! So fresh, clean, and hydrated!
She doesn’t push product and her emphasis is more about the education of your skin care routine and maintaining the results/​goals you are wanting to get. She gave tips and product example that I could purchase elsewhere and on my own. She even tried to give away a product bag to me since she had extra! So nice!
Overall, I’m really impressed from every interaction with her; her website, my communication with her, her location in the city, her options in spa services, her products she uses, her skill set, her prices, her bedside/​table demeanor, her personality, and so much more! I could go on and on!!!
I would recommend her to anyone in the area in NYC whether you live here or are just visiting! She is the best! 10 out of 10 stars!
**Oh, and since Houston, Texas is home for me now and I’m looking for someone who is just as qualified as her, she sent me a contact in the area for a skilled Esthetician in Houston based on a discerning client of hers from the area. I had a good experience here for a facial and I went back for a peel for my back. I was super happy I gave this place a try. Even though my back was super gross with lots and lots of festering blackheads and pimples the esthetician made me comfortable and got most of that stuff out. If you’re on the fence about this place just give it a try, they’re serious about your skin!

I spent years trying to find a great place for a facial. Tiffany is amazing — I wouldn’t go anywhere else! My skin is always glowing when I leave and for weeks after. She will recommend products but never push you to purchase which I love. And her neck and shoulder massage is fabulous. She’s the best!

I was referred to Fusion from my electrologist, who used her services as well. After going to Mario Badescu for 2 years, I am so happy to have found Tiffany. She spends extra time making sure you leave with skin that is clean and unclogged. Extractions suck no matter what, but at least I feel like I’m in great hands. She preaches hydration and cleansing — and I’m definitely seeing the results and hearing the praise.

I got a 50 minute back treatment coupon from gilt city. However, only got 20 minutes treatment by Tiffany. Never had a spa experience for 20 minutes.

Background: I used to get facials in my teens, and I had not had one done in years. My skin is not particularly problematic, but with Tiffany’s magic touch I went from good skin to great skin.
I came into Tiffany’s spa and I loved the atmosphere: very clean and elegant. She sat me down and took a history. I came in because my coupon was going to expire. I had considered getting the microdermabrasion but then told her I wanted something more natural. I think she did the Signature Fusion Facial. It started out with lots of deliciously aromatic serums… So pleasant! The extraction part was painful but I got used to it. Then she used the high frequency, which I was not expecting and I know nothing about.
Tiffany did my brows: she used tweezers (thank goodness!), preserved the shape and just cleaned it all up. The result is very aesthetically pleasing.
I would recommend this salon as Tiffany is very thorough and knowledgeable. She gave me samples of the Dermalogica line and they are the best, I think I’m going to buy the whole package!

I was certain when I moved to Manhattan that there would be amazing skin care spas with 5 star customer service on every corner.
WRONG!
I wasted so much money and time trying to find a clinical level spa that met my expectations, and in the mean time, my complexion was rebelling.
I found Fusion Spa on Unilocal,read the great reviews, and the bonus — convenient West Side location!
Tiffany is very professional, personable, and knowledgable. The spa is immaculate and serene… you forget about the city buzzing below.
Lisa is also wonderful. They both do excellent, thorough extractions. When I leave my face is so clean, baby soft, rehydrated… and getting firmer with repeat treatments.
My combination, acne prone skin looks the best that it has in over a year. It’s completely clear, and my hyperpigmentation has faded.
After many nightmare experiences I won’t t go anywhere else in NY.

Lisa has changed my skin!
I’ve been seeing Lisa for facials for a while (even prior to her working at Fusion Spa) and I have always thought of her as a skin expert. When she left her prior spa, I was devastated because I coulnd’t locate her! I tried other facialists but they were never as good as Lisa. So I am so glad to have found Lisa again and now working at Fusion Spa.
I have combination skin, though more oily (sometimes bumpy), and clogs easily while certain areas have dry patches, so I’ve been getting facials to try to clear it. I’ve been to many facialists and no matter what treatment they gave me, my skin would inevitably go back to its normal texture and clog again.
After seeing Lisa a couple of times, she came up with a regimen for my skin. And I am happy to say that after following her regimen (nothing crazy, just some products for the face before bedtime) my skin has completely transformed! It’s so much softer and clearer than before. I feel years younger!
I can’t recomment Lisa enough. She got to know my skin and figured out which products I needed and helped me establish a routine that actually worked! She is patient with my endless questions about products (there is just so much out there!) and never pushes me to buy anything. She gives me samples before I buy (so I don’t waste money on a product that might not agree with my skin.)
My skin feels better than it did a couple of years ago! She really is a skin care expert!
I still go to Lisa every 4 – 6 weeks for my facials and I have never been happier with my skin! It’s so clear and supple — even my husband noticed! Thanks Lisa!
