Although the woman working was very sweet over the phone, I was informed that she was the only one working there on a Friday morning. This meant that the files I sent at 8am that needed to be printed by 10am would be unable to be printed until 12pm. If you ask me, having to wait 4 hours for a total of 8 pages to be printed is a little ridiculous. Maybe having more people on staff would be a good idea… I’m not an expert in management, it’s just my opinion…

This shop is useful to pop into overnight when you have small personal print jobs to take care of before the next morning’s rush. They have several self-​serve networked workstations, 2 b&w printers and 2 color printers. Note: verify the printers are online before you start up a workstation.

Awful customer service. Half of the machines do not work and the staff is not helpful at all. Avoid this location if you need help with anything printing or shipping.

I needed customized business card printed overnight for an important client meeting.
I went to the 24h 72nd st New York FedEx Office around 10:30pm.
The quick print business card couldn’t be ready for my flight at 7am the next day.
Shannon and Novell who work at 72nd street suggested to send the printing order to a FedEx store in Columbus OH few minutes from my meeting.
They called the Columbus store just 10 minutes before its 11pm closing time to make sure they would be able to respect my deadline.
They swiftly uploaded my business card template via SD card and sent the print request by email.
I received a voicemail the next day shortly after landing telling me that my cards were ready and picked up the card before my meeting.
Outstanding customer service, initiative and problem solving. Great team work.
Congrats Shannon and Novell. Congrats FedEx.

Wow — after many years of coming here and suffering the inexcusably poor service (as others have mentioned, scores of employees meandering around the store while a line forms), I am DONE! I needed 2 small (less than 20 pages) presentations bound due to a last minute meeting. I waited in the printing line for 15 minutes (and no one was behind me), only to be told that it would be a 4 hour wait! The employee spent 10 minutes explaining this to me and said there were people in the shipping line they needed to be taken care of (not true — everyone was being helped, including people who came in AFTER me) and in the time that it took her to tell me why she couldn’t help me, she could have bound the presentations up and checked me out! Pathetic, unreliable, aggravating.

This location is much improved since it became exclusively FedEx. The copiers have worked fine in my experience, as have the printers and terminals. I have not encountered that same bad attitude that I found several years ago. Fairly clean and professional.

The absolute worst service I have ever received in any establishment. Incompetent staff. It takes 3 people on every job and still nothing gets done. Waste of money at the computer stations where the printers are useless. Do not under any circumstances trust your money or business with this establishment. From large errors concerning shipment to losing 20 dollars on printing at the computer stations, and being refused a refund — this is the worst establishment in it’s category and one of the worst businesses I have ever visited. Rarely am I this incensed, but this particular FedEx office needs a major overhaul of staff and management.

Every time I’ve come in here there are at least 10+ employees walking around, however somehow none of them are ever available to help and you just up standing around trying to flag one down as they are quickly trying to walk away to do whatever else. In the past 5+ years I’ve been using this location just about all the employees I’ve worked with here has acted like helping me was not part of their job description; when I’d be willing to bet that it is. Now, I will be fair and say that there have been about three other employees here that didn’t look like they absolutely hated their life/​job, but one of them was a manager.
As far as the store goes they have all your basic needs; e.g. boxes, packaging, gift wrapping, tape, markers, etc. As far as the services go they are equipped for it all; e.g. print/​create any signs, laminate, scan, copy, computers for internet use, printers, shipping, etc.

The SLOWEST service ever. Not to mention the rudest woman working the «shipping and packaging» department. I stood in line for over 20 minutes while the clerk helped 1 person. She had no sense of urgency and made the entire process so painful to watch and wait through.

Of each, and it only prints the first page (each one is 3 pages) so far that’s 2.38 dollars for nothing. are u Kidding me? Seriously. Are U trying to scam me?

This place is a step away from Dave Chappelle’s PopCopy… The employees are anything but helpful and polite but it’s open 24 hours (except certain holidays). Also it is pretty spacious … Back in college I spread out like 24 11×17s on the floor at 3am and no one cared. Which was absolutely wonderful as I didn’t have that kind of space in my apartment.

I had an emergency that involved a broken printer at home, an important audition for my son, the fact that it was 7am and a tiny deadline. I am a klutz with technology that is not my own stuff. I went into this shop and it was very busy, but one employee Adrianne, took time to help me. She was so parient, gracious and kind it was truly remarkable. Thank you. Great job.

This place is open 24 hours, which is totally worth it in my book. That’s why the 4 stars… for convenience.
The employees are often pretty rude, or best case scenario just slow and unhelpful, but if you need to get something done in off hours, this is the place to visit.
Once I did have a pretty terrible experience with someone, so I wrote to the manager and she did get back with me pretty quickly. That made me feel slightly better.

Yeah, it’s a FedEx Kinkos. I haven’t attempted a complicated transaction here yet so I can’t say I’ve had big problems with them.
Also, its open 24⁄7 which is great. I needed a computer in a pinch at 4AM and while I was able to use one, the place looked like a bus station. Or homeless shelter.

No way. The service here is horrible.
I undertstand its your job to send packages but you dont have to be a jerk about it also. If you do not like your job… quit. plain and simple.
I do not want to get into specifics here about why this place deserves some different employees without typing something I might regret. This place needs change, plain and simple. I have worked with MANY fedex employees from the trucks to the loading docks at my job and even other print and shipping locations but this one needs to go.
